I met David Bartholme 3 years ago after a year of struggling financially from starting over my business when I first moved to Portland. I wasn't able to pay quarterly taxes for the first 2 years and really needed to get on track. This year, I sat down with David and he devised a plan for me that finally has me paying quarterly taxes this year and it feels great!! He told me I needed to buy a house last year, I made it happen. He's given me great financial advice and I trust his word!!! He's very professional and just a good person all around. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing financial organization and/or advice.

In 2011 I did a major move with my business. I had my usual accountant do my taxes, but when I got them back I thought that I should be getting a better tax break. I found Bartolme and Associates and brought them my return. Wayne Bartolme review the return and found that my accountant missed a lot of new tax codes. I was able to amend my return and get back more then $48,000.00. That's right 48k. I realized that my accountant did not do his homework the way Wayne did. Great office. But if you want cheap, go to H and R Block. If you want the best it's Bartolme and Associates.
