My husband and I went in around 5 and were finished at 6 leaving with our new Lexus! Mike was great!!! He was able to give us a great deal and work with the finance company getting our monthly payments to be lowered. He treated us like family and made sure to take care of us. He explained everything very thural and made it very easy to make our purchase. We are happy and satisfied with his costumer service. We WILL BE COMING BACK to purchase a car if need a new one!

Mike was great, very patient, and professional (would give him 5 stars). However, I can't give more than 2 stars because of the entire buying experience.

Justin stated the car I purchased was throughly inspected and repaired. They did perform a major repair prior to my test drive. Even if you brought along a mechanic to inspect the car yourself, it required the car to be lifted and inspected. I only drove the car for 4 days before the radiator hoses exploded, driver low-beam headlight wiring failed, both passenger side rotors crumbled, radio burned out, and the rear speakers weren't even connected. I wasn't able to drive the car for 3 weeks. Justin and I had words, not to the point of disrespect, but it was nearing in that direction.

Essentially I have a money pit vehicle on my hands. It is not a car to be used for everyday use. More like a car enthusiast's project who has the time and money to fix it into tip-top shape. The next person to offer me cash to buy it.....I'll sell it on the spot.

ALSO: It has been 4 months and I have YET to receive the license plates. The temporary paper plates expired a month ago. I've contacted them several times and no response.

This guy Justin will take your money and not give you the papers for your car. We bought a black Subaru and he took our money and no registration. We have a car with no paperwork. $10,000 in his pocket. Careful with him.

I paid $10,000 for a car and seven months later I still have not Been able to register it. All he needs to do is send me the title and he won’t do it.
