I highly recommend Crandall’s . Nick from HVAC came to inspect and create an estimate for a potential work on my furnace. Nick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A true craftsman. He explained the potential problem and did and exemplary job of troubleshooting my issue. I will definitely be using Crandall’s for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

I’ve used Crandall’s for a variety of plumbing services including a whole home re-pipe and tankless water heater install and have been very happy with the results.

They added HVAC services in the last few years and I decided to use them for a furnace issue (the fan motor would not turn off the first time we used our heater this season). Rafael was the service technician and he couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable or helpful. He ran a full diagnosis and ultimately concluded that there were no repairs needed or any safety issues that existed (and the motor issue self corrected, of course!). Surprisingly, there was no charge for the service call. Great experience with Crandall’s HVAC service and I will use them for any future needs.

Was having trouble with my a/c unit. Nick came out and of course the unit was working just fine!! He tested a few things just to make sure. He did not charge me or try to find something that wasn’t there. Crandall’s didn’t charge me for even the service call as I was very local to their shop. I will definitely be contacting them again if anything should arise in the future!

I had searched for a plumber, and liked that this company supports Veterans and is a local established family owned company in Orange County. So I gave them a call to fix a bathroom sink leak. Crandall's Plumbing fixed the bathroom sink leak and installed a new faucet. Brent, Supervisor at Crandall's provided excellent customer service, and exceeded customer satisfaction by working with me to resolve an issue I had with the first service visit. Needed to replace what I’ll call a leaky toilet tank intake valve. Crandall’s rep arrived early in the appointed time window and provided an estimate which I knew to be competitive in my local plumbing community. Rep didn’t have the needed part in his truck and had to go to a local outlet to get it. No extra charge for the time and mileage involved. Returned and made the necessary repair, all pretty much within the time frame originally quoted. All is well.

This company is phenomenal and I would never use anyone else. They are super friendly both the plumbers and the people in the office. They were on time they advised us on the best way to go about the repairs for a re-piping. And they did an affordable price. We also needed some testing done with mold and they recommended a phenomenal company and they all worked very well together and we are very satisfied with the job that they did. Thank you guys for everything and we appreciate the sound advice.

Crandall's installed a new water heater for me in March 2022. Recently one of the feed lines developed a leak... it happens. Crandall's sent out a team same day and within 15 minutes they had switched out the both feed hoses for new, no charge. I appreciate there prompt action and will recommend Crandall's to my friends and family.

Its been a few years since I needed a plumber and Crandall's came through again as I expected. The plumber, Sergio, arrived as scheduled, investigated my leak, gave me a quote, and got the job done. After he finished his work, he asked me to watch him test for leaks and there were none, even with conditions greater than normal use. Excellent and Crandall's has my fullest recommentation!

I've used Crandall's Plumbing for a couple years now. Most recently for a new water heater and repair of air conditioner. They've always been courteous, professional, and punctual.

Crandall's Plumbing is a great after hours plumbing company. The technician came within the hour of my call, around 10:45 PM. The cost was fair, and I appreciate they were available late at night! Crandall's Plumbing came during the window of time that we had scheduled to check out water heater. I was already pretty convinced that I wanted to have a new one installed. Upon their inspection they said they could fix it but it is hard to find the part. I told them I would like to just install a new water heater and they were able to install it within a few hours and have us back up and running. Their work was professional and clean. This is the second time that I have used their services and have been pleased both times.

We have been calling on Crandall's for years now! For our home, our rental unit and even our business. I recommend them all the time. They do solid work, bill fairly and just make our day a bit easier. What more can you ask for?? Thanks Crandall's!

We called late one afternoon and they had a plumber there the next day to repair/ replace two shower valves that had failed. They were prompt, diagnosed and explained the issue quickly, gave us a price for the job before they began, got the parts and had both showers fixed in no time. We would definitely call them again!

The plumber who helped me came to the house on time and promptly made all of the repairs I requested. In my view, the repairs would have been very difficult for anyone who was not a talented and experienced plumber. I appreciate the the help and will continue to use Crandall's for any future plumbing issues.

Kano and Kevin have done multiple jobs for my family. So much so, that we request them anytime we have work to be completed. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I will always make the calls to Crandall's when I have a plumbing issues.

Crandall's was the company recommended by my HOA for some required maintenance. I was impressed with how well they communicated and worked with me and the HOA setting up the initial appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were actually running ahead of schedule and called to ask if they could come early. Once they arrived they were polite, did the work and cleaned up well afterwards. They even answered a plumbing question I had about another issue to see if I could fix it myself. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a fan of Crandall's Plumbing, I do a lot of home improvements and use them on all my rentals....they are noting short of magnificent. Pricing, service, knowledge I wouldn't use anyone else.
