Hertz Car Sales Costa Mesa

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima SL in early July from Hertz Car Sales in Costa Mesa. I am very happy with the experiences in process and completely satisfied with the car I purchased. Salesman Javier was professional, courteous, and timely in communications. As a result of friendly efforts from Javier and the manager Michael, I have actually bought an one-year old $32,000 luxury car which looks like 98% new and runs like new for literally half of the new car price. This has become my best car shopping experience in 29 years. Prior to come to this dealership, I had looked around for a month focusing on dealerships with perfect review scores. After all, I have to say that this Hertz Car Sales at Costa Mesa is the best one compared to others I visited. Their cars are generally better at the comparable price. Thanks Javier and Michael.

Had a great experience purchasing my 4Runner. Overall customer service was excellent and they were even able send me the documents while I was in vaccination. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I was looking to buy a new car and found this car online. Gave my contact saying I was interested and was contacted by Fran. She was very respectful and gave very warm customer service in scheduling for an appointment to take a look at the car. Came here during memorial day and the staff on that day were very helpful. The office was quite dead and they were short staffed. Even with all that they were helpful still. Fran and Robert greeted me promptly upon showing up. Very friendly individuals. The car I was looking at was close to being below market and KBB showed it at a fair price, heck it was a great deal to me. I didn't felt pressured when buying the car especially when I didn't had the cashier check on me to finalize the purchase. Luckily it worked out since the car still needed to be smog and their technician still needed to take a look further with the car inspections. If they had to hold onto my car to do all of that then that's totally fine with me. Robert was able to get me things that I wanted that were missing with the car that should've been kept with it. They were very transparent with me with all the things they did or why there were parts in the trunk. The parts were actually replacement part for my head unit (I didn't need it but it's nice to have a brand new head unit!). I came back a few days later and even Fran, the salesperson who helped me get the vehicle, on her day off was still helping me get my car so I can finally take it on the road. Rob and Bobby greeted me when I got there again to finally get my car. Robert got all my paperwork done beforehand that I need on record. I handed the cashier's check and that was it!

Just my nitpick but Hertz clearly tells you this and have signs stating that there will be no floor mats or a spare key when purchasing a vehicle through them.

All to say is thank you Hertz Costa Mesa team for helping me get my first car that I truly wanted!

I had the best experience purchasing a car from Hertz in Costa Mesa. When I arrived, I was greeted by Bobby B. I let him know what car I was interested in purchasing and we got right into looking at/test driving the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, and caring and it was such a rare experience when it comes to buying a car. It was completely pressure free, no haggling, no games, and I truly felt like he was treating me how he would his own family and friends. Then when it came time for the transaction, Linker was incredibly helpful with getting all of the finances taken care of efficiently. I had a pre-approval loan, but the car I wanted was a little over that price, and they both helped me figure out the best way to take care of payment. I have already recommended them to two friends, and I would go there again in a heart beat. I love my new car, and the overall experience was so great, I truly can't thank Bobby and Linker enough.

So glad my husband and I decided on this location. Bobby the car salesman was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend you ask for him if you're looking to purchase a car. We happily purchased a car, the model and color I was looking for. Thanks again Bobby!

Bradford was my salesman and he was a breath of fresh air, he listened to exactly what I wanted and took me directly there (I like ppl that don’t waste my time and he def DIDNT 👍🏾). Brad had great customer service , very professional, jumped right to the job, & got business handled as quick as possible!

Jim (I believe he was the finance manager) again super nice guy, took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood everything possible and made sure i was comfortable with everything.

There was another gentleman that took my payment and walked me through the contract (unfortunately I don’t remember his name but it started with an L). He too was super friendly, thorough, & and made sure I understood what I was signing and what I was being charged.

I would recommend Hertz Car Sales in Costa Mesa to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle! Javier is AMAZING to work with. As a single female I had an absolutely terrible experience with Huntington Beach Dodge/Jeep/Ram so I went back to Hertz where I had casually been car shopping a few months ago. They never pressured me when I walked off the lot a few months ago which is part of why I went back to them (in addition to their great customer service). The process was effortless and I got a great deal. I’m so happy with the car!

This was one of the easiest and best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. And that is saying a lot. Nothing but good things to say.

I was quite skeptical going in to see what they had to offer... a few hours later I was driving away in a awesome used Ford Explorer. I worked with Sean Katlen and Bryan Broadbent. Both of those guys are tip top professionals... They were able to answer all of my questions and there was no haggling on price and no pressure!!!

Had a great experience here. Was looking for something for my family and I to be comfortable in and that's exactly what they did. Bryan and Johh are very knowledgeable about the cars they have in their lot and if something is wrong they'll fix it. I bought my Hyundai 2016 for a great price and drived right off feeling satisfactory. You can't beat the deals here and most of all the condition you get it in as if the car was brand new can't beat that either. Had my car for a little while now and so far no problems and a big smile on my face. This branch is great! Hertz is awesome, if you looking to spend money for a new car, I recommend you come here because you will get what you want and sometimes even better, in my case better. I will be here again when I go shopping in a few years. Thanks guys!

We just purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Brian at the Costa Mesa Hertz Car Sales. Brian was an absolute professional, going out of his way to make the experience pleasurable. Not only did we get a great deal, but had a great time as well. The Manager Chris, also went out of his way to answer all of our questions and concerns and took charge quickly resolving them.

We went in to get a hatchback that was reliable and around or under $10,000. Sean was extremely helpful in comparing the different hatchbacks they had in that price point. He never made us uncomfortable by trying to sell us things we didn't want or that was out of our price point. He and the other people there were very friendly and humurous making the car buying process a lot less stressful.

I am in the process of re-establishing my credit, not only did Bryan and Anita NOT turn me away, but they went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped to happen! First off, Anita was able to get me approved for the car I had first chosen, took my information and with her relationships with the different banks and lenders, she got me approved with the down payment I had picked and the car payment I wanted! Second, I had looked at a more expensive car, and instead of the normal salesman attitude of "yeah it's more monthly but we can get you into that car", Bryan didn't try to make more money, but instead was honest and straight forward. He suggested that since I am trying to rebuild my credit, stick with the car that I had initially picked, it's within my budget and economical. So I ended up with a great down payment, the monthly payment that I wanted and a car that I am absolutely in love with and so glad I chose! I will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone whether I know you or not, they treat you respect and are honest with you! We will defibitely bring our business back to these guys no question about it!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Best ever car-buying experience. My son bought a 2016 like new car that will last for years to come for thousands less than we would have paid anywhere else. We had been looking. The salesman was no pressure, calm, couteous and friendly. He is the top salesguy there and I am not surprised. He is patient. The sales manager is also good at his job. He answered all our questions. We were there less than an hour from walking onto lot thru signing papers and walking out with the key!!! Need a car? Go to Hertz in Costa Mesa!!!!

I just bought a Nissan Versa from them. Awesome experience and a very helpful staff! Gina Aguilar in particular was wonderful! She was not pushy like other sales people at other places. We told her exactly what we were looking for and showed us to exactly what we wanted. She was able to let us take a test drive and couldn't have been nicer. Overall great experience and I will for sure recommend this place to everyone!

We bought our Hyundai Sonata from Bryan. He was fantastic! Our entire experience beginning to end was seamless and as enjoyable as buying a car can be. I had a hard time deciding what car I wanted and he never made me feel rushed, he answered all of my questions knowledgeably and with total respect.

I bought a used Toyota Prius from this Hertz five months ago, and I still absolutely love it. The process was as close to painless as you can get. My sales associate, Sean Katelan, was awesome--incredibly patient and personable, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I would totally recommend that anyone see him, and if I or my husband need a car in the future, we'll definitely be going back.

It was a little rough at first the car i bought had a couple dings in it. I had some family stuff going on by the store manager Michael arkins took care of me. He helped me out, he fixed all the dents and the car looks brand new. He really took care of me. I would definitely recommend giving hertz a look if your shopping for a used car. 👍
