My technician Nick G. today was professional, efficient, and thorough. I appreciated his excellent communication skills. He explained all my options to me along with the different prices, not only verbally but written as well, so that I could clearly understand them and make an informed decision.

I highly recommend Cole services. Their office staff are friendly and professional as well.

We had an issue with our plumbing backing up. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service we received by Drazen. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked swiftly and efficiently.

We have home warranty and they are giving the run around. It shouldn't take 24 - 48 hours to get emergency help with your plumbing when you are paying monthly for the service. We will be canceling that service and signing up for yearly service with Cole Plumbing Services. At least we know we can utilize the service when we need it.

John was so professional and such a nice and polite man. Very competent and passionate about his work. What a pleasure it was to meet him. Oscar his supervisor came to assist with the work and again you could see that this company really has it together. I would hire both of these guys and consider them as assets for my business. Christian Gonzalez , a technical installer for Cole Services, did an outstanding job with replacing our new furnace. He showed initiative, problem solving ability, and leadership qualities. He explained technical issues in an understandable fashion to us. He went well beyond the basics of his job to ensure customer satisfaction.

Andrew is friendly, personable, thorough, honest, and knowledgeable in his HVAC craft serving with Cole Plumbing Services. To be fair I was hoping for a less expensive final estimate, but the reality of full system replacement costs is no fault of his… it is simple that— reality.

Cole Services provided my annual furnace inspection, done by Charles today. A great job, good communication about when he would arrive, arrived on time and did a good inspection. I use Cole Services annually & I bought a new furnace from them two years ago, which works great!

Cole services installed a new HVAC system in our home about 7 years ago. No regrets. They stay on top of the maintenance at least twice a year and keep our system in top shape. Technicians are very polite and and knowledgeable. Nick actually takes the time to explain his findings and educate us while explaining his recommendations. Thank you!!

Cole Services performed routine maintenance on my furnace on 22 February 2024. My scheduled time window was 8-10AM and I was contacted at about 9AM and notified the service tech would be there within 20 minutes. Charles arrived within that time span, donned his shoe covers, and commenced with the check-out of my furnace. He reported no significant issues but suggested/recommended a couple of items be considered. The first was replacement of the "voltage absorption system" for the blower fan and the second was installation of a surge protector for the system. He explained that the measured capacitance of the blower fan run capacitor was slightly below spec (18.9uF vs 19uF), which seemed like a very minor discrepancy to me. I elected not to have this replacement performed at this time and instead to monitor the trend of this parameter on future service calls. He indicated that the surge protector installation could be advantageous if my local power was subject to frequent interruptions/outages. I indicated that this was not the case and chose not to have this work performed either. Charles did not subject me to any pressure to decide otherwise. Charles completed his work and departed around 11AM. I was very pleased with the service and my interactions with Charles.

Awesome customer service by Andrew - also assisted with my airflow in each room and he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Coles Services. Andrew also addressed the possibly me getting AC installed as well. Thanks Coles for all you do!!!!

Overall it was a great experience. Deazen was very friendly and solved the issue despite it being complicated. However, there is an issue between the dispatcher, the customer and cole services. The dispatcher is communicating pricing that just isn't realistic. This needs to be corrected or cleaned up somehow so customers will feel more satisfied.

Christian and his team were great! They were very thorough, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I will continue to use Cole’s for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

All staff were professional and considerate. They went to great efforts to see if repairs were possible before I had to replace the unit. When The second team came in to replace my older unit they too were professional and cleaned up before leaving.

Drazen was incredibly helpful and professional. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. I would definitely use their service again.
