I come here pretty often and have had some rude encounters with a lot of the staff except for one. The staff member who is always nice and helpful and goes above and beyond is Ramon! He is seriously the best and I usually will only come to this gas station to fill up only if he is working. He has even given my car a jump when I was stuck at the gas station he definitely deserves a raise and some praise.

Just go grab some quick bites and a soda, cashier was nice. He see I bring several items he said "let me give you a bag". I didn't take the bag, but I take a nice customer service.

If you save gas receipt, be prepared to go inside. So inconvenient while having small children, during COVID-19, or if in a rush. Asked if the pumps receipt printer can be fix? She replied with "no, you must come inside".

Today, August 15, 2023 at 5:17 pm, I arrive at this ampm at Brookhurst & trask to buy a soda and some lotto ticket but this ampm employee name Ignacio is block the door for me not to come to the store..This ampm employee Ignacio kick me out of the store today at 5:17 pm.. This employee name Ignacio is kind of rude, disrespectful, and not nice toward me today..I want this employee name Ignacio to get fired from his job as a ampm employee. I am not happy customer and I give u guy a 1 star for customer service experience..I will not come back to this ampm again..Please fired this ampm employee Ignacio.

They have both restrooms closed, and a sign on one that said employees only. Then they got mad when I asked why I couldn't use them. Cleaning the bathroom is part of your job. Dec22, 800pm

The older Mexican (at least I think she’s Mexican) woman with the bronzed blonde who works in the morning is very rude. I hope her life gets better because she seems miserable. This was my 1st time in the store. I will not be back.

Poor customer service and lack of respect for others. This guy is rude telling some customers they couldn't have a refill and cussing at them being foul. Making accusation saying they was stealing when I seen them at the checkout counter paying as he throwing slurs their way I don't recommend using the register with this man I the photo shown.

I would not be going through this stress if I had seen or known the car wash was closed. As soon as I noticed it was closed, I went straight to the staff to request for a refund. Benjamin was nice and tried accommodating me by asking his other team member. He pointed out on the receipt I could come back before it expires in 9 days. I replied to the both of them I don't live in the area, so he gave me the store number to talk to his manager. He said Joseph would be in from 8:30am to 3pm.
This would have been a decent review if it wasn't for the lady named Demaris. COMPLETELY HORRID. I asked her a question, she was VERY RUDE, and kept talking to me with BOTH EAR BUDS PLUGGED IN each ear. She didn't even bother to remove one. She even ROLLED HER EYES at me. She said she "obviously" wouldn't give me the manager's number because it's late at night and walked off. I didn't even ask for it in the first place. I know people have bad days, but she didn't even try for customer service.

I called today as instructed. I'm honestly not sure if the lady I had spoken to had a language barrier, but she kept interrupting me. I was trying to explain myself about the instructions I had received last night. She kept insisting for me to call Monday between 9:30am to 3pm. I don't want to go through the same thing, where I call and the manager isn't there AGAIN.

Hopefully 3rd times the charm when I do call on Monday to talk to Joseph the manager. Other than that, don't waste your time with this location. Never been so disappointed at a gas station.

Staff was absolutely rude. I came in to fill up my vehicleget some snacks and a soda and because my soda was on the app they refusedto honor it and when I voice my complaints they did nothing but talk trash. with one of them commenting on my size and I shouldn't be drinking soda anyway. The Hispanic guy about 5 foot tall. Don't bother coming here just go down the street to hazard there's a a better ampm

Went through the car wash today and literally sat still cause the dryer wasn't working. I go in to the cashier just so I can avoid it happening to other people and her excuse is that I drove to fast. I kept telling her that I was just sitting there for over 30 sec but she just didn't know what to say. Not even suggesting she will look at it. Just kept trying to say it was my fault and I didn't wait long enough... I mean seriously? Then she tells me to come back when the manager is here and doesn't even give me a time. Waste of time and horrible service.
