Mario’s is a wonderful Mexican restaraunt that is great for families and everyone

The cozy, lively atmosphere and cozy seats make it fun for everyone.

The chips are crispy and it’s hard to stop eating them.

We would recommend all the food and the tavern side is always busy with lots of nice drinks.

We love bringing friends here

Delicious Mexican food!! Holy cow this place was busy and for a good reason. It was fantastic. We loved the enchilada suiza but didn’t love the pork carnita taco. The shredded beef taco was great too. Rice and beans were 🙌.

Chicken Enchiladas have a wonderful flavor. Chips are light and salsa is tasty. The restaurant is clean.

I have been coming here for probably over forty years... Maybe fifty. Wow I feel old but I love the mexican pizza.

Best restaurant ever. Been coming here since I was a little kid. Quality of food has never changed! It is by far my favorite Mexican food. Staff is super friendly, service is fast. Chips and salsa are great. Prices are reasonable and plates are plentiful. Highly recommend.

Mario's is a local hangout that serves up great traditional Mexican food. You can always tell the quality down to the salsa. The service is fast and efficient. I, personally, order no seasoning on my shrimp tacos and they are perfect. My son has enjoyed burritos, casadillas and dessert that he has loved.

Update: We've been to Mario's a number of times and the food is consistently good and the service is very good. Love the cozy booths to relax after a long day working. Added pictures of the gorgeous shrimp tostada (no salt requested) salad. My son loves just about everything but especially enjoys the servers who we have come to know. Long tenured which speaks well for the restaurant inner workings.

Quick lunch on Friday. Chicken Taco, Cheese Enchilada. Shrimp Fajitas. 22oz XX Amber. Good stuff. Never disappoints. And the staff is always awesome. You cannot go wrong!

My favorite all time sit down Mexican food place. Fresh tortilla chips and salsa are wonderful. Other must try items:

Hard tacos - shredded beef or chicken are both excellent! My all time favorite hard taco

Chile Relleno - cheesy, good chile flavor, smothered in a delicious ranchera sauce

Chicken tortilla soup - chunks of tender and juicy chicken, cheese, tortilla strips, onion and tomato in a light savory chicken broth that’s full of flavor. Simple and delicious!

Amazing Mexican restaurant with decent prices and well-priced alcohol. The menu was revamped so it’s cheaper to get combos. The service is slow because there is just no one to work. Be kind.

Pro tip: get a draft pitcher, it’s the cheapest way to drink.

Go with the beef Colorado red sauce burrito Ala carte. 🌯 Trust me it is huge! If you have a bigger appetite go with the meal deal. The tacos are delicious too. 😋

I love Mario's. Delicious, authentic, reasonably priced Mexican food and Margaritas. The Mexican Pizza is a personal favorite

Nice atmosphere. Great service! Love the chicken tortilla soup! Soup is loaded with chicken. Someone dining with me had the burrito. It is huge.

Marios is wonderful Mexican food. I always go here, the food is delicious… if you are eating with a larger group of people, I recommend getting the fiesta platter as it is the biggest bang for your buck! it comes with quesadillas, taquitos, flantas, nachos, and wings. You should 100% go here if you’re stopping by Huntington Beach.

Restaurant is clean and cozy. Excellent service, the food is good. There is plenty of seating. drinks here are good, specially the skinny margaritas or Cadillac. I would recommend this place for a family dinner or to celebrate a birthday, they have enought space for it. Overall a wonderful experience. Open daily from 11am to 10pm.

My go to Mexican restaurant when I visit Huntington Beach. I was raised in H.B. and Mario's is a landmark to us.

Everyone I know has been going there for decades. Good food, good times, all the time. It's definitely a local Huntington Beach institution. The place is really big inside, so there's usually not a wait or a short wait.

One of my favorite places of all time. I've eaten here for nearly 30 years and love it every time. Great food and environment. Good selection of drinks. What more could you ask for?
