I was suffering (worst ever) for 5 days before I was able to make an appointment with NP Mary Ann O’Brien Kazem. She attentively listened, heard my concerns and properly diagnosed me. The medication she prescribed me made me feel better within a day and I couldn’t be more grateful. While busy, this Kaiser efficiently processes patients and prescriptions quickly and I will be back (hopefully not too soon.)

We have had a great experience with kaiser for 18 years. My daughter was born early and has needed many specialists. I have also had some health problems over the years. I'm amazed how easy it is to access our records and get the appointments we need. I've changed doctors when I wasn't satisfied. It was easy to do with all the locations.

I am a new patient to Kaiser and I was greeted very warmly. Dr Kovalskiy is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Very personable and actually cares about your concerns. Happy to have this team watching my back. Special shout out to nurse Rima. She's super awesome Also. Peter

Despite the Covid19 crisis, my Mother had no problems checking in. Upon entering, you'll have your temperature and several questions about certain symptoms. Then you check in and they'll tell you where to wait. The Nurses and Doctors at this location are top notch and really care about your well-being. All other staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience.

This Kaiser is clean, well organized and the staff is working above and beyond to help their patients. All of my dealings with the staff have been positive, from intake to pharmacy.
Dr. Tara Roy is my PTP and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor; very knowledgeable, always responsive, an active listener and empathetic to my medical well being.

Kudos to you all, you’re doing an amazing job helping us get through the pandemic, and thank you Dr. Roy for your pursuit to excellence in patient care.

This place is amazing, the staff and the care they have for their patients is amazing, they make sure you don't wait long which is one of my biggest issue at Dr. offices. nurses are always attending to your needs and Dr.'s are always so caring and they always answer all questions and they make sure you have all your meds. love this place I can honestly say they are on top of their job..

All staff - Doctors, nurses, reciption, pharmacy, lab and all workers do their best to keep you healthy, and happy.
They do all what you need with a helpful amazing smile gives you the confidence that you are not a customer, but you are the most precious one for them.

It is easy to navigate the offices, pharmacy, and tests. It's smaller than others I've gone to. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I have been a Kaiser member for many years and have always been satisfied with their care.

The nurses and doctors are friendly and helpful. The wait times arent too bad.

All services you need are in this building, from doctors to the pharmacy, blood work etc. Never claimed to be a hospital. You can go to an actual hospital for emergencies etc.

Extremely clean and quiet. Was taken care of fast and efficient.
