I just started working at Chicago Title and have had a chance to get to know the people whom work inside this office. They are unbelievably hardworking, honest, and kind people and I have been so impressed with how they respect their work and their customers.

This place treated us right. They were honest, quick, and friendly. The staff was always available to take out calls and made us feel that we had everything we needed to know to move forward. We would definitely use their services in the future.

How long does a money wire transfer take? To Chicago Title, a flipping week!!
I refinanced with Chicago Title recently. I was unpleasantly surprised with their lack of work ethic and drive. I've heard past horror stories from a consultant that said a check that was supposed to be sent out for a payoff, was sitting on someone's desk, who quit. Which caused late penalties to the client.
I wish I had done more research into them before signing. Them not wiring funds direct to creditors should have been a red flag. They probably fax instead of PDF too. 🙄

Took two weeks to get my refi money after the loan closed because they could not get the wire transfer to go through (problem on their end - not mine). Got a hard copy check made out incorrectly so that had to be reissued as well. It was randomly left on my porch with no notification. But here is the real kicker... my ADDRESS was WRONG on ALL THE PAPERWORK. They have one job and they failed miserably. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails to make it right. I would rather not even give them 1 star!
