Alex is one of the most helpful sales people I have meet. Through the process of getting a truck through Z Motors , Alex was there through getting a lender and was very communicative about all options available to me to the open lenders and helped me choose the best lender for our loan for our new truck, he has great vehicles for sale and very low mileage, we found our 2007 Toyota tundra that my wife fell in love with, and we drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our new truck, Alex made sure we were happy with our purchase and happy on the test drive and the truck ran perfect, my wife was extremely happy on the purchase, Alex by far hands down is one of the kindest and most helpful person purchasing a vehicle through Z Motors , thank you again Alex for all your help ! Follow up update after having the truck for 5 months , we are having starting issues and the truck turns off while driving on the road and contacted Alex about the issues we are having with this truck which only had 54,000 miles on it in which there mechanic should have completed any services or issues on the truck , making payments on a truck that doesn’t run at times nor doesn’t start felt as we’ were sold a bad truck with false pretense that this was a good truck , now dealing with more expensive cost to run diagnostics on this truck , shouldn’t be fair to a customer to deal with only having the truck for 5 months and no answer from the dealership or Alex about the problems the truck may have had, if buying a car from this place make sure to have a mechanic go with you to make sure your getting a good vehicle that runs .

My R8 just arrived on Wednesday. It totally met my expectations and was exactly as represented by Zee. I could not be happier with Zee Motors. Zee was very helpful on the front end, made the transaction easy, and helped me arrange the enclosed carriage shipment to NC. After delivery he has been helpful in answering my questions . I was searching for that certain truck that I wanted. Zee Motors had it! From the start Alex was honest/friendly. The truck was over 20 years old. Overall in good shape. I had a couple issues upon purchase with the truck. Alex was experienced, he knew how to take care of me. We went to his mechanics and they got the minor issues fixed within an hour. Alex was extremely helpful in the purchase and shipping of our car. Their accommodations were none that I had experienced before. There was no pressure or any of that typical used car stuff. This is a tough time to buy a pre-owned car. The market is inflated and most dealers have a take-it-or-leave-it pricing strategy. This is the reality of the market. After scouring SoCA, I found a very nice low milage Lexus at Zee Motors, and Alex met me and gave me all the time & privacy to examine & drive the car. He was very friendly, straightforward and clear. He let me have the vehicle inspected by a local mechanic of my choice and I bought the car. After changing some fluids/tires/detail, the car is literally like brand new (even though it was an '01 - not kidding!). The buying transaction was super easy & quick, and I have NO REGRETS. Alex helped me feel so comfortable, I ended up buying another Lexus ('02) only 5 days later (I have two kids needing cars - yikes!!!). I went through the same easy process. Both cars had carfax, some service records, and were priced fairly. Sales is my line of work, & I always think, "oh man - you gotta wheel & deal, grind the guy down on price...!", especially at a car dealer. I paid fair prices, considering the inflationary times we are in. If Alex has a car listed you think you might want, go see him!

Make sure to check out Zee Motors, we looked for a while and found this beautiful denali. We're from San Diego Alex made it seem like we where around the corner though he waited for us even after closing. Let us test drive the car with no issues and by ourselves that to me shows there is nothing to hide. Picked up my 2016 Bmw M4 from here. No complaints whatsoever. They had it washed and all ready to go. Answered all my questions. Really cool guys to talk to I my opinion.

This dealership is like one I've never experienced. From the moment I called till weeks after, they took care of me like no other dealership. Alex is a top notch guy that is forever by his word and I must include the owner too. I put money down to hold a vehicle from out of state which they honored, then Alex personally picked me up at the airport and drove me to the office. The car checked out as good as the video Alex took for me. I stayed overnight to obtain the title the next day due to my bank error, then realized there was an imperfection that came about within those 24 hours. I showed this issue to Alex and he was not aware of the problem but assured me that it would be corrected. Two weeks later I'm home and went to my local dealer to have it fixed. They promised and delivered. The owner sent me the money for the repair. I was nervous about the transaction being out of state but Alex made me feel comfortable all the way through. Love the car and it's everything I thought it would be. I buy cars every year due to being impulsive so I know what it's like to work with dealers. If I was closer, I would reach out to them anytime I needed a vehicle. Thank you Alex for the best experience I've had purchasing a used vehicle. I Helped my younger brother purchase his first newer car form Zee Motors. Zach and Moe delivered as promised. They made the transaction smooth, easy and fair for both parties. The car runs great.
