Cheney Dental Care

My husband, and I established dental care as new patients with Cheney Dental Care. The waiting room area has a relaxed feeling, and it felt very much like hanging out at home.
The entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and excellent at explaining everything. We chose this clinic, as we appreciated their active involvement in the Cheney community. We both had a great experience, and we highly recommend this practice!

The staff was very charming and helpful. I went in early and left very quickly which was so refreshing. My doctor was very quick and to the point. It was a wonderful and improved experience from previous dentists I had at other facilities. Thank you for your help!

All of the staff are exceptional. Dr. Martinssen was fantastic at walking me through every step of the procedure I had, which really eased my anxiety. Hands down the best dental care I have ever received. I am so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them.

So appreciate Cheney Dental Care. Wonderful staff always friendly and focus on me when I have appointment. More than willing to get me in if emergency comes up with my teethe. Great follow up reminders for appointment and scheduling next visit. Very nice hometown feel. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall super great experience. The receptionist was patient and helped me find a time that would work for both of us. Allison was my hygienist and was super sweet and patient with me. She answered any questions I had, explained what she was going to do, and did an excellent job. I was able to easily walk to the office between my classes at EWU. Planning on coming back next time also.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Staff were friendly and professional. Main dentist was very good at showing and explaining the work that I needed. Hygienist was very thorough with x-rays, cleaning, and care information. Glad I switched!

The staff here are kind, upbeat, ready to share information when you ask AND do an awesome job! I’ve worked with a couple different hygienists and Dr. Martin (who’s really wonderful). Highly recommend!!!

The whole staff here is great! They greet you the minute you walk through the door, by name! They take the time to ask you how you are doing and explain exactly what it is going on after your check up/cleaning or other teeth work. They commend you on how great you’ve been taking care of your teeth and what needs work. They also have some dental products available to purchase that are sometimes even cheaper than going to the store! Definitely a plus when they gift you a bday treat and there are always beverages available in their little fridge :) Been going here since my college days and will seriously drive hours just to keep being a patient here.

I had my teeth cleaned by Britney yesterday and she did a fantastic job. She often asked about my comfort level and took great care with my sensitive areas.

The whole staff was amazing. They answered all of my questions about dental insurance and were supper accommodating to my crazy schedule. Then when I got there they were super efficient with my time but still make me feel comfortable.

I found Cheney Dental care from a google search due to being a student in Cheney, Washington, away from my home dentist and dental office, but having an emergency and needed a tooth looked at. I called them as a non-existing patient and they scheduled me the same day to look at my tooth. I made them aware of my fear of the dentist and the minute I walked in the door, the front staff greeted me with a warm welcome. The receptionist told me before she checks me in she was going to make sure the dental assistants and doctor read over my dental concerns to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The dental assistant and Dr. McDonald introduced their selves and did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They explained everything they did step by step. Although they didn't complete any work, it was just a diagnosis, I felt as comfortable as I have been in any other office than my normal one. They offered to do the work I needed done, and told me to reach out if I needed anything else. Dr. McDonald tried to make side conversation to make me comfortable.

Great office Help...got me in same day..listened to all my concerns and was very prompt..Hygenists was Amazing and gentle and explained my care plan...the Dentist was friendly and knowledgeable...Iam glad I found a Great Place for my Teeth😁

I've been coming to Cheney Dental Care for about a year now. Everyone is always friendly and pleasant to talk to. I've never had to wait long after my appointment time to be seen. All my questions and concerns get answered and I get treated specifically for my need and not some generic treatment. So happy I found this dental office!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The dentist isn't anyone's favorite place to be, but they make it better with the homey feel of the office and the warm, inviting staff.

Cheney dental care is great. The girls at the front are super friendly and right on the ball. Those that clean your teeth are really efficient and friendly. The dentists are great. I’m having an implant put in and everything has gone. Really smooth. Haven’t had any pain. They called the next day to check up on you. My son went a week ago for the first time and he raved about them. He said it’s the best dentist he’s ever been to so if you’re thinking about going to a dentist I’d definitely recommend Cheney dental care five star.

Besides getting lost because of Google, I found the place clean, the receptionist appeared friendly and helpful, and the staff pleasant and caring. I felt comfortable and relaxed by everyone.

The staff are very friendly and do a great job of communicating. I actually forgot about my appointment and they gave me a call and still got me in and took care of me. The hygienists give you a play-by-play of everything they’re doing and they will work with you to make sure your insurance will cover the procedures that you are receiving.
