I am also a fear free groomer. So I know why it is beautiful to see another Fear Free family! It really makes your life different and broaden your perspective 💕

Last, Dr. Ashley Martynec is a pawsome and caring lady! She didn’t make me scared and tried to sell anything when she could have because I’m extremely cautious and worrisome mom after lost my boy from FIP.

I was the one who forced her to run the test 😂 Result came out good - Phew!

P.s. No vets and people notice the safety pin around my boy’s scarf and on the bandage.

They are the first one who noticed and worried about the pins. No accident ever happened for few years with the pins but because they concerned, I decided to respect their request and removed it.

I came to this establishment for the first time today. I can’t explain why, but when I first called this location I immediately felt comfortable. They were so kind and informative over the phone, they provided me with accurate pricing, and they reached back out to me to confirm I was able to take my cat in to be fixed. When I arrived this morning one of the first things I noticed was how clean it smelled inside of the office. I feel like when I usually go into vets, there is always a lingering smell (which is expected when it’s a facility for animals) but in this case, there was no bad smell. They went over the pricing with me one more time at drop off and everything added up to what I was told over the phone. They texted me promptly once my babies survey was complete. I definitely recommend this vet and will bring my baby back in the future.

This is for Dr. Nadine Richard and her ENTIRE staff!! I can’t begin to explain or even where to start with this review to be honest. I recently just got a puppy and since the day I got him he he had no been eating and had diarrhea. I immediately needed to bring him into a vet and I didn’t want to take him to my previous veterinarian who is by me I have another dog even who sees a vet near me and I didn’t take the puppy there because every experience I have had with vets which is around 5 different ones have never truly treated my other dogs properly when it comes to diagnoses and treatment yet I still went because I couldn’t keep looking and being let down. I took the chance though with this office and Veterinary Clinic based solely on the reviews from Yelp and google. From the moment I brought this puppy to them they did nothing but go above and beyond their jobs to help me. First off let me say that Dr. Richard listened to me and took my puppy and his issues for what they were she guided me with proper advice and medication she did not once push any treatment or testing that was unnecessary she did exactly what she believed was the right first steps towards figuring out what was happening and gave time in between the process to see the progress of the puppy and than would reevaluate with me what we could do next. Everything she came to me with was with ease and she didn’t push me to do something just because of gaining more money for more tests, I say this because every other place I have been to have always just been so adamant about doing more and paying more and never actually thinking about how the client and their pet. Dr. Richard and her staff answered my every call that would last anywhere from 20-40 minutes on the phone just talking about what I was going through with the puppy and what I could do or try next. No Vet has ever done that it has always been this is the quote this is the options take it or let it. With Animal Medical Center of Orange they don’t do that they actually are they to help you and your animals and to get you the right treatment. I called so many times that at one point I thought maybe I’m being so annoying that they would stop helping me and that was absolutely not even close to what they did! They spent so much of their time helping my puppy and going to different lengths to find out what can be done to save him. I followed all of their instructions and didn’t give up. The end result was amazing my puppy is on track again and in a completely different state than he was when I got him. This was due to the fact that this office and every staff member took their time to listen to me and to give me peace of mind that made me more hopeful to keep trying and not give up on the puppy.

Second, when it comes to pricing which I know for most people it can me scary and overwhelming when it comes to vets this clinic hands down has the most reasonable prices I have ever seen! I mean I thought I would be paying an arm and leg through this process and I didn’t even come close to that at all. They are truly honest, trustworthy and reliable people they are not their to just make money and send you out the door. I wish there was more people like this who say they care about animals and show it. I beg anyone who is looking for a new vet to take the opportunity to give them a chance because you will not regret it one bit. To have a whole staff and doctor who can all be described as professional and wonderful doesn’t happen often anymore. Please see that this review deserves 10 stars because I don’t care where I live I will only bring my pets to Animal Medical Center of Orange. They are the definition of a true honest business! Thank you to all the girls and Dr. Richard for saving my puppy and giving me the confidence to believe in your advice if I didn’t come to you guys I don’t believe my puppy would be here today 🙏🏼💜

They are very nice and make it easy during COVID. They take precautions and handle the animals with care. I brought my puppy here for her shots and the puppy plan is worth it. They call the next day just take make sure that the puppy is doing fine. I really recommend this place! Amazing 🤩

The people here were warm and wonderful. We had to put down one of our pets and they made the experience as peaceful as possible. I absolutely recommend them to anyone. They made my pet and us feel important the entire time.
They have great pricing for yearly vaccines and the office is kept very clean.

Hands down the best place to take your animal for many different needs. The veterinarians closely listen to questions I have as a new pet owner while giving the best care to my puppies. I know they are in good hands at the Tustin facility and I completely trust the staffs competency in caring for my pups.

I love this office. My dog has seen both vets and quite a few nurses. They’re not just nice, they respect your opinion as an owner and give you options and prices up front for treatments. I feel like everyone in this office really cares about the animals they treat.

THE BEST vet out there guaranteed. If you live in the area, please try out this place and you will be satisfied. This vet meets all expectations that one has for their pet. The most affordable, compassionate, and caring work team by far. Dr. Martynec and her team will definitely treat your pet as one of their own. We found Dr. Martynec from our vet in Rancho. I LOVED our vet in Rancho, but it was just too far and if Dr. Martynec was anything like our old vet, we knew our pup would be in great hands. On MLK day our pup was looking a little tipsy because he consumed a whole birds of paradise flower, so we called in for an appointment and were scheduled in the afternoon. However, I also had an appt with a different vet in the morning. We first took him to a different Vet and they took our pup away to the back and put us into a separate room, then explained our pup had toxicity poisoning and they would keep him on IV and monitor him. They gave us an invoice and said, once we sign they would immediately begin treatment. I wanted a second opinion, so from Dr. Martynec, so I kindly asked them if I may get a second opinion. They said sure, but we must hurry. During the after, we took our pup to see Dr. Richard because Martynec was off. Dr. Richard was loving, kind, and gentle had great bedside manners with our pup. She kept all of us in the same room and the only time he left our sight was when she asked if she can take him for a walk to observe him. We gave her permission and when he came back, she said she did not observe toxicity poisoning, so she recommended we take him home and monitor him and if changes occur to call back. We took the docs advise and our pup has been in great spirits. They are a honest group of Vets and you can see their love for animals. Thank you, Dr. Richard!

I just want to say that Dr. Martynec is an amazing! Veterinarian caring, professional, compassionate loving towards animals. My experience at Animal medical center of Orange was beyond amazing. I took my chihuahua (Princess) in for the first time and Dr. Martynec did everything possible to Attend to my doggies needs at that moment and time for my doggy to be stable . I’m so grateful to have found this animal hospital and Dr. Martynec also the staff was very professional loving and caring. My puppy had emergency surgery that day and was treated very well . My doggy has healed very quickly after surgery. Before leaving the hospital Dr.Martynec took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. I want to say thank you for the care and attention. Five stars is not enough to thank for all the care and compassion me and my doggy received that day. Definitely an animal hospital you could trust and also very affordable.

All of the employees are friendly, and the doctors are great. You can walk-in no appt. needed except surgeries.The prices are lower than most animal clinics. It's fun to watch all these different types of animals and their personalities.
