Everyone that I dealt with concerning the recent death of my Mother treated me like they were my family. They have done everything they said they would and more. They have been very helpful in making final decisions. They have also followed up with me just to provide support. Wonderful group of people. I would highly recommend them again.

Hands down the most friendliest and helpful staff I've ever experienced; which is really needed when you need to work with a company like this during times of sorrow and emotional distress. I worked with a woman named Bryton who helped me throughout the process. My father recently passed away up in Oregon and I was looking for a place in Orange County to hold the service to be closer to family and friends. My father was a veteran and Bryton handled all the paperwork and contacts with the VA to secure me a time and date at the Riverside National Cemetery to hold the service and have the military service present. And because my father was a veteran it was all free of charge. You don't usually get this type of customer service from anywhere when the service is provided free of charge. This is why I can't help but rave about this company and the people who work here. I don't know what I would have done with out their help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I called to inquire about cremation prices for a fee family member. The man that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. Didn't state the name of the crematory. All I got was "uuuh hello?". Didn't like being asked questions about their crematory, or the certification required for their operators. As a CANA certified crematory operator myself and 15 year veteran in the death care industry, I expect places to be professional when talking to client families. I couldn't believe how uncaring this man sounded. I would never trust my lived one in their care.
