Greg Davis - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Greg Davis as my State Farm agent for over 20 years from when he was just starting his practice. He has always been professional as has his staff. They've always taken care of me and my family. All of our coverage is through his office. Top notch service. Even when I've emailed his office late at night I've received responses back from Greg immediately, even on weekends. I would never change agents.

I have been a client of Greg Davis for the last 15 years. I have always found Greg and his associates to be extremely caring and helpful regarding my insurance needs. They truly do listen and care. By far the best agent I've ever had.

Greg has been my agent for over 15 years. I wanted to tell the world that he is the best agent I have ever worked with! Knowledge and helpfulness! I am a professional in an escrow company and have a lot of experience with service. Greg and his team take their time and listen to their customers to make sure they are getting them what they need. I have referred all my friends and family and some colleagues. Greg is not selling insurance to people, he helps to make sure they get the insurance they need to protect their assets.

Kim helped me get insurance at this location. She and lady friend were very friendly.

I have been using Greg Davis many years now and couldn't ask for a better insurance agent. I always get help whenever I call the office. I even have a Roth IRA with him. A+ rating!

As a whole, I have been with State Farm for over 10 years (originally out of state), and I love the company as a whole. My previous agent and her assistants were utterly sweet, caring, and kind which hooked me.

Unfortunately, I was with the Greg Davis's office for about 3 years and in all those years, I had never actually spoken to agent Greg Davis himself.

I often received extremely poor and rude service from the assistants at Gregg Davis's Office, most specifically from Yoli Jimenez. I would often get cut off before finishing speaking and spoken to extremely condescendingly with no respect. If I had questions about policy changes and how they would affect my billing, I would often be told to refer to the email that was in question, rather than be given the time to talk it through.

With my similar work history, I was always very understanding to the fact that perhaps they had just delt with a difficult client or were solely having a bad day, however, the repeated intentional disrespect and lack of professionalism were extremely uncalled for and had no excuse.

I am now with a new, much more professional agent, who sadly confirmed that half of the push-back I received from Gregg Davis's office was unnecessary. As an example for any future clients: I was told at times that certain policies and endorsements did not exist and had to provide proof and give push back before looked into further. Most recently I was refused when requesting to add my significant other to my renter's policy without proof that he had car insurance. She claimed it was due to the fact that "state farm assumes the added party will be driving your vehicle so they need to add him to all policies etc". Upon providing her with this additional information, I advised I would be moving to a new agent after the update. She then refused the update all together and advised that my new agent could take care of it, knowing it was a time-sensitive request.

I do NOT recommend this office to any future State Farmers. You will not be treated the true State Farm way at this location. They will talk down to you and judge you off of the personal information they have for you on file. I've never seen anything like it. Very happy to be with a new agent.
