I have been to Affinity many times, for many things, that included sizing of rings, soldering, and cleaning. I also purchased my wedding band at Affinity, and other pieces of jewelry as gifts for others. I needed a smaller size after a few months for my band, and Joe and team happily arranged to have my ring exchanged for a smaller size at no charge. The customer service, attention to detail, and quality of the work they perform is excellent. I'd highly recommend Affinity for all your jewelry store needs!

The staff at Affinity are always courteous and accommodating. I recently needed a repair rushed for the holidays and they went above and beyond to help me. I had my engagement ring fabricated by Affinity and they have provided excellent service ever since. The needed repair was not due to any flaw in materials or workmanship, but due to a defect in the stone I provided. They repaired and returned my ring earlier than estimated, polished and looking good as new. An honest business that stands behind their work. Highly recommended.

Affinity & Co Jewelers is the best in my opinion. They are always friendly and helpful. And the workmanship on repairs and modifications is just amazing. A Nice man named David helped me. He appraised my jewels. He kindly gave me a price to put them in earrings. No fee for checking my loose jewels. Amazing customer service. I’ve had several pieces repaired by them and have been very happy with their work. They look at your jewelry when you drop it off, discuss the repair and give you a firm quote of the cost. The jewelers work in the store and your items stay on site. They also have a lot of beautiful items to purchase.

The wonderful team at Affinity & Co Jewelers worked with my fiancé to design the ring of my dreams! Based on a few photos, they re-created a ring design I'd seen online but with an emerald as the center stone. I took a diamond tennis bracelet to have the safety clasp repaired. The care they took to photograph and weigh the bracelet, count the diamonds and describe the piece on my receipt made me feel very secure in leaving it with them.
