I just love Dr. Miles. She is always happy when we see her. My dogs are not afraid to walk through the door for their appointments. The office is pretty busy, but that's because she is that good and worth the wait.

They are beyond the most AMAZING vet clinic we've been too. They took care of our 1st dog her entire life til her last days at 15 1/2. They never force or over charge on meds or whatever. Yes some meds or procedures can be pricy but could be worse. They care about their clients & the pets. The docs are very sweet, caring, answer all the questions you have or give suggestions, etc. All the staff are very caring & sweet. Even when animals pass away they make sure people are quiet in respecting others grief. Now they care for my new pup. Villa Park Animal Clinic will always be our vet🐾🐶

Since getting my pup 6 years ago I have been coming here. Dr. Miles has been the best in her practice and taking care of my pup. This made my day today when I walked in the exam room!!

Front staff kind and pleasant, minimal wait, Dr Liu kind and not rushed like at my former vet. Lab panel for my cat affordable. And awesome Halloween decorations!!

They 're the best, they've always treated our dog very loving.

Dr. Miles is the best! Originally came here for a second opinion, and have never looked back. The entire office is incredibly nice and helpful. The team was incredibly supportive when my old beloved cat developed cancer, decompensated quickly and gave him a peaceful exit. The team is also great with my 2 dogs, who are polar opposites in nearly every way (old, chronic health issues and loves the vet, vs my younger, energetic, healthy rescue that is still learning to trust people).

This is where our dog goes for his medical needs, the vet got down on the floor and gave buddy so much love, he really likes to go there, such a soul warming experience, his entire check up was the vet and Buddy and I all hanging out and talking, really enjoyable visit.

Great and caring doctors and staff. Really appreciate their level of care and responsiveness. We’ve had a couple of minor emergencies and they were so accommodating to get us in quickly or stay a little late. Dr Miles explains things well and our dogs love her. Appointments are usually right on time. Highly recommend.

Everyone here made putting my little dog down, a beautiful, painless peaceful experience. I'm forever grateful. Can't recommend them more. Hardest thing you'll ever do, Thank you to everyone, they made it lovely...

We have been taking our dog Ziva to Villa Park Animal clinic for 10 years. Dr Miles is very dedicated and takes the time to explain things in detail and her knowledge is extensive which makes for excellent treatment anytime Ziva is in need. We recently had her teeth cleaned and it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor’s assistant, Jesenia handed me a report card on our dogs teeth and a bag with the products to keep her teeth and gums healthy and explained what to do over the next few days.
The staff is efficient and very pleasant and we always know we are in good caring hands.

Doctor Miles is great with the animals. She's very gentle and takes time to provide a thorough examination. The staff is always great. They can get busy but that usually means great care. They'll always answer questions and check in via text if we have an upcoming appointment. They also seems convenient text reminders if you sign up for them.

It's always a pleasure coming here.

Love Dr. Cruz and her staff. So organized and polite. She's amazing with our pup and very through on her exams. Pricing is very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place for your fur babies.

Vet was super thorough and explained everything to me. Procedure was easy - tech came for dog, wrote my concerns, and the dog went with her happily. Vet called me after her exam. She was one of the most thorough vets I have ever had. She was easy going, clearly loved animals, and explained why she was changing the protocol the last vet had used for my dog's ear infection.

Always great staff, Dr. miles is the best, clean place and always make you feel welcome.

We had to put our lovely husky dog Blue down here. We have had several animals treated here too and the people that work here are just amazing and comforting. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for our family!

The vet here is actually very good. She's very loving and caring toward the pets, and gives complete attention to you and your needs, as well as your dog's needs.

Dr. Miles is the BEST !!! My German Sherpherd (GG) had oral cancer and she operated on her giving me another year with her. She takes the time to explain all that is going on and makes you feel completely comfortable
and rest assured your in the best of care with your fur friend.

THE BEST VET STAFF EVER!!!! I brought my super sick kitty in to get checked out and they were super accommodating to my schedule. I've taken Yoda to several vets with the same issue and they could never suggest a viable solution to her illness. Villa Park set her on a special diet and gave me food for that evening. Today, when I tried to find the suggested food through Instacart, they were sold out, and tomorrow is Thanksgiving and everything will be closed. I called and worked with Christy. They calmed me down and we figured out our options, and they ended up just delivering more cans of food for Yoda to eat over this holiday weekend. So caring and compassionate for their patients. Above and beyond expectations!!! I will definitely reccomend this vet to all my friends.
