Ralphs Fresh Fare

Recently I visited this store for the first time. I Was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the manager.
Cindy, helped me find what I needed.

I ask her how long she had worked for the company
and she told me 45 years. It is rare nowadays for people to stay a job and do it well for so long.

Ralph’s in Villa Park has friendly employees and a great selection of quality meats and produce. You will find whatever you need without having to run to another store in Orange or Anaheim. Small town feel. Convenient, clean, well stocked, reasonable prices and great selection.

I love Ralph's because they have some of the best and healthiest choices for my family. Lilly's Hummus and BPA free cans. won't ever shop anywhere else!

Best Grocery Store In All Of The City Of Villa Park. It has All the necessary grocery items needed on a daily basis. The Bakery Girls are very courteous full of cheer very helpful. The Deli Department is very fast at slicing meats, cheeses and serving salads. Excellent Friendly Staff members with Stupendously Amazing Service at all times. I would recommend Ralph's in Villa Park to all my friends and family members. Wonderful Place to visit.

Great store, not too large or small, has so many good things about it, especially the produce and the ability of the store to keep on top of trends. Got some Impossible Meat, that new plant-based fake meat, to give to someone who had never heard of it. Fun to be able to pop in and grab what's new.
Like other visitors, we also found it a bit chilly inside, but welcoming the cool on a hot summer day for sure!

Ralph’s Villa Park Grocery Store is the Best Store in Orange. I want to especially Commend the Entire Deli Department Manager/Supervisors/Cook and Entire Staff for Consistently providing Excellent/Outstanding Detailed Service for many years. The Deli Department also has been consistently “Extremely Accommodating” in taking my early morning phone calls, at least 8-times a month, for “Special Orders” that are always “Cooked and Prepared Perfectly” and ready for either my-self or an instacart staff pickup. For many years, I especially Enjoyed the Pleasant/Wonderful Camaraderie with everyone in the Deli Department (Entire Store).

Ralph’s Villa Park Deli Department and Staff is an Invaluable Asset to Ralph’s Grocery Store and the Food Industry.

Thank you Andrew (sales manager) for your great customer service. It was late and i went last minute to get food for my daughters lunch. Andrew had a positive attitude the whole time even when my daughter was fussy.

There is always someone ready to help bring my groceries out to my car for me. A few times while early on pregnant, the clerk offered to have my cart pushed for me and I don't even think they knew I was pregnant, but I really appreciated it. Same thing g happened a few times right after my c-section. AND the drive up feature has been PRICELESS since having a 3rd kid during the pandemic. A few times I needed the groceries earlier than the earliest time slot and they made it happen for me. Thank you Villa Park Ralphs.

I like this Ralphs.. everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. It's always clean and well-stocked. They have a great organic section and although I have noticed items out of stock in the organic produce section such as cilantro and green onions they typically have some really beautiful dandelion greens and fresh herbs and a good selection of fruit and other produce so I commend them for that. Their Simple Truth organic products are usually a good price and readily available. There's always parking and it's located in a very nice shopping Center in a corner of Villa Park.

Stopped by one evening looking for fresh seafood and various other groceries. NICO at the meat shop was knowledgeable, professional and fast without rushing me. The salmon he recommended was fresh-tasting and easy to cook.... delicious salmon!
Nico even wrote his name on the label, which only helped me remember who to look for on my next visits.

I called today and spoke to Terrie in Floral Dept. I was in need of a special Mother's Day floral/plant basket for a coworker. Amazing arrangement! Thanks to her for listening & for putting that extra love in her work!😍

Meat and Produce departments are always well stocked and fresh. Bakery has a variety of freshly baked goods. Very friendly and helpful employees. Would recommend to friends and family.

I had a problem with something I bought in the deli. Patty, one of the managers, made it more than right. Love shopping here. Wish I got the name of the the lady who rang me up. She was wonderful.

Great store! So helpful especially Francisco produce mgr. Very happy Dan store mgr. is back. He really cares about his customers & employees. Been shopping there for over 30yrs.
