I was introduced to New Balance through a close friend. I browsed the shoe selection online and chose to visit the South Coast Plaza store with my wife. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in and we were even offered a foot profile test. I was impressed by the amazing service that the employees walked us through. We learned about the the way we walk and what shoes would be great for our individual walking pattern. We ended up by two pairs of shoes, for my wife and I. We cannot thank you enough for getting us set up with the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. I have a bad back from recent surgery and he very patiently put multiple pairs of shoes on for me! My foot is super wide with narrow toes, so it seemed to take ages, but a smile the whole time.

I had a great experience here last week. I wanted to replace the pair I had been wearing for 6+ years, with the same model, but they were so torn up that I didn't know the model but I brought in pictures and they were able to identify it. They didn't have the exact model, but they had a model that was exactly the same, just with non-slip grip; even better. Had a nice chat about cats and dogs while she brought me the sizes I needed from the back. I needed a half-size bigger and that was brought out super quickly as well, the whole experience was perfect and pleasant and awesome, and not overpriced, not cheap, but good price for great quality shoes. I've used New Balance almost exclusively for over a decade but it was my first time buying from this store, and like my experiences with other New Balance locations they exceeded my expectations! I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me, but I called back the next day with a question about orthodics that had been mentioned the previous day and this lady was knowledgeable and awesome as well! Thank you again guys and I will be back!

We went there to buy my girl friend shoes and the gal that helped us was extremely helpful. My girl didn't know what she wanted and the new balance employee pulled out the red carpet for her, she sized her feet and scanned them to see what shoes would best work on her feet and then brought out several pairs of shoes. When the shoes needed weren't available; without asking the store employee immediately got on the phone to order them. I was impressed and will be going back

Excellent service! The Sales Associate, Diana, helped me pick up a pair for my dad who is diabetic. She was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I would definitely shop at this store again.

Awesome service! Website has a message feature, which assured me of the open business, hours and availability of the specific shoes that I was looking for. Covid19 preventive measures well done and respected. I just wish there was a sign outside for an easier way to find. Not even internet searches suggested this great store when searching for a specific NB shoe. The shoe lived up to its expectation. A little pricey, but seems worthy

The product is excellent and the service is just as good. The assistant manager Alejandra knew her product and how to fit it right for me comfortablely. New Balance people are well trained which is somewhat unique and hard to find and the product is excellent and more!

This is my second time here in less than two month's. I bought a great pair of 990's last time. This time I bought my son a pair of 940's for school. Thank you Maddie and Peter!

Perfect staff. Highly recommend if you need a good set of walking or runnong shoes especially if you flat feet. I was tended to by a really great girl cant remember her name but i did save her card and will always order my new shoes from there I dont like to give 5 starts for nothing but NB did its job and more

Alot of good shoes on display. I came in knowing what I wanted with a price in mind. I came out with an extra shoe and three times what I had originally wanted to spend. Employees were nice, quick to get the shoes from the back, and very eager to answer my questions and concerns.

The two young ladies helping me out this evening were great. They took me right to the width I was looking for, pulled the shoes and fitted me. I was in and out with great customer service.

Service is always good. Great shoes. No or limited discounts . Parking can be a little difficult but really good indoor mall for mid to high end items

My plantar fasciitis is so much better. Now that I got my new balance shoes. So my son he went there. Because his feet hurt. Is so much better now. Thank you guys.
