Jason Hobbs and company have been my people for a very long time (more than 15 years). I randomly saw the sign on my way home from work and have been with them since. They handle everything for us and we are grateful. My most recent experience after a cracked windshield was with Ellen who got things taken care of so quickly and efficiently.

Very professional and show respect to clients

I left GEICO about 18 months ago over a dispute. I shopped around and went to State Farm at this office. When I got my first quotes they were higher than what I was previously paying but I added renter's insurance. I had a $500 deductible at GEICO and went to a $1000 at State Farm. I was told by the agents here that after a year when my rates drop I could drop the deductible to $500 with the savings. It has now been 18 months and my premiums went up. I have no tickets, accidents or claims. My truck has a average miles of 9,800 and my car a average of 3,800 miles a year, Low driving miles no claims, tickets or accidents and my rates go up, The agents here LIE. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM. TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I am going to give esurance a try.
