The employees at this Post Office work really hard to make sure everything is processed the day you drop it off. I am a bulk mail customer annd go to the loading dock 3 days a week. The staff showed me where to put my packages, and always have a kind word! I'm glad the USPS still exists - it is the best deal around for small packages.

Soo thankful with the great mailman we have in our area Stillwater, Orange 92869.. she was able to locate our missing package since January 2022 and she just delivered to our house today!! Very amazing job with care and dedication!! God bless you more and more!!!

Post-Offices deal with all-comers. And much of the bad news is a function of poorly prepared customers and bad planning by the general public. Given the complexity of all the logistics and the size of the operation, this office does a very decent job. Lines are usually manageable and if you go outside of peak hours, often less than a few minutes wait. Staff are polite and professional. The plan is clean. The self-service machine is a huge plus I you already have things sorted before you walk in. Its sad to see the usual moaners taking cheap shots because they spent 15m of a lunch-break doing something they could have prepared better for or handled differently.

I am shocked to see so many negative comments about this USPS office. Since August 2012, I have been to this office half a dozen times. At each time, there was a staff in the hallway to help and direct customers to the most proper stations for effective and efficient services. The staff sometimes would suggest people in line to give priority to elderly or pregnant mothers. All staff I interacted were cordial and helpful. The line there was long most of the time, but this was not unusual for any USPS offices located in a busy location. The USPS office on E. 1st street, Tustin; the USPS office N Loara St, Anaheim have long lines as well. I rate this USPS office as one of the best office with 15 miles of radius.

Ann is awesome. I left a shipping label off one of the packages I drop off. Later Ann called me to let me know and helped me with a label. ( my phone number was inside). I have had other excellent exchanges with this PO. They are always trying to help.

I actually had a package lost/stolen, which is why I put in a service request with USPS. Wanted to give a thank you to Theresa who works here! She was super helpful in trying to track down my carrier and checked the geotag of the package.

Friendly fast service, I have never had a problem with this post office. Usually when there’s a long line it goes pretty fast. As they take all comers AND service all towns, big and small, I’m pleased with the local service.

Went to the post office on N Tustin St in Orange, California today and was helped by an amazing woman named Anna. She helped me find the appropriate package to pack a Mother's Day present, then taped up the box to make sure it was extra secure, and then helped me get back to my original spot in line. Now that's customer service!

Very friendly and competent staff and helpful in repackaging to give you a best bang for your buck. Parking is not great and it is especially bad during the holidays. I’ve been happy with the transactions I’ve had at this facility.

All employees are extremely kind professional and competent!! It's surprising for how many people use this post office every day. Lines are typically long. Patience!
