Friendly staffs

I always brought our Lexus here for oil changes. The skinny tattooed guy (I don't know his name) had always been super cool and professional. We have a Honda that needs an oil change today, so I thought "why not bringing it here, since their service is so good?". I met another guy who was the only one there (are they brothers?). I told him I had Honda, he asked whether it needed regular or synthetic oil. I said I brought my own oil (since I have extra from the last sale), and asked how much he would charge for labor. He then told me to go to another shop. Very unprofessional! He could have charged me more for bringing my own oil, I wouldn't mind.
So I need to find a new shop for our Honda and Lexus
