We are from Canada and we’re amazed that despite the ring being custom, we received it within 6 weeks! I couldn’t be happier with his choice of Princess Bride Diamonds ❤

My fiance and I had a great experience. They cleaned my ring very quickly and it looks amazing and made my day. They measured the thickness to help me match my engagement ring to an eternity band and they gave me great and quick service. The store was busy which made me feel good knowing they have a lot of clientele on a weekday is a good sign. All of the diamonds are flawless color so they're super clear and white.

After searching across the country, I settled on Princess Bride Diamonds for their beautiful, unique settings. Though the rings are beautiful, the superior customer service was really what sealed the deal for me. Rose went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Not only was she pleasant to interact with but she answered all of my many many questions and sent photos of the ring from various angles and in different lighting (on multiple occasions). She was consistently patient, understanding, and accommodating during the 3 months it took me to make a decision. To top it off, she was able to get the ring sized and shipped in the same week. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is the kind of service you can expect from the whole team. As if we needed more reasons to support family-owned businesses! Reach out to them—you will be glad you did.

Very happy with the ring, it turned out great!!! Caralina Maher was the best, please ask for her, she made this experience a breeze. She was so knowledgeable and worked within my budget. My fiancé loves the ring and each day she is getting amazing compliments, nothing better! Also loved the shipping updates.

This review is coming a bit late but I wanted to give a very big special thanks to Emily. She was our consultant and helped my fiance and I design the most perfect engagement ring. She was extremely helpful and informative when it came to helping us choose our setting, material and diamond. We never felt pressured or rushed and she continued to work with us from out of state. We made the drive from Arizona to this store and have no regrets, excellent choice. Great service, prices and selection from this company.

My family and I have been going to Princess Bride Diamonds for years, and I could not be more happy with their products and services. Lisa and her family and staff always treat us like a family and go above and beyond to ensure that we are well taken care of. They took special care of my vintage ring set when setting the new morganite in it.

My fiancé and I went through the ring shopping process together, and after weeks of browsing online stores and jewelers in Seattle, we agreed that Princess Bride Diamond's style, selection, and pricing couldn't be beat. We absolutely fell in love with the Stephanie, and thought it might've been best to try to recreate it using a local jeweler, since it's scary to make such a big purchase online– is it legit? Will it measure up to expectations? Will it be worth it? But the price was enticing, and the lab diamond's stats measured up after weeks of researching everything we could about what to look for in a rock, and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive.

I cried when I saw it for the first time– it is undoubtedly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen (and as a wedding photographer, I see a lot of rings). Literally could not be happier :')

Princess Bride Diamonds has been wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. After seeing videos on instagram, my partner and I traveled from the east coast to view the rings in person. Everything was as gorgeous as I had hoped. While I had a good idea of what kind of ring I wanted, Kash who helped us was generous with his time to ensure all the details were exactly as I wanted.

Highly recommend working with this jeweler. They were so patient with my scheduling errors! I'm so excited to see the ring when it's completed.

First off Lisa the owner is super nice and friendly! Made us feel super welcomed and comfortable while shopping! Made the experience very easy and pleasurable. Came in to get ring re sized with out an appointment and fixed it ASAP before our flight that same day! They go out of their way to make your experience memorable. Came all the way from Detroit just to get my fiancés engagement ring! Came back to look at wedding bands! Definitely worth flying out just to come to this amazing 1/1 place. I found Princess Bride Diamonds on Instagram, and my fiancé and I flew to California just to pick out an engagement ring. I'm so glad we did! Their customer service is incredible. They were so easy to talk to and made the buying process a great one. Not to mention my ring is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Whenever I have a question about my ring or other purchases, I can easily reach out to them through text, and they always get back to me in a timely manner. I just ordered my wedding band from them, too! I highly recommend!

I’ve been with Princess bride diamonds for over 40 plus years trust me Iam not giving my age away, they have been my jewelers for all those years and would not go to any other jeweler than Trans and Lisa owners of Princess bride diamonds all of my jewelry and chains, rings, earrings has been purchase from them they have created for me a one of a kind wedding ring. They created my mother anniversary rings which I still have.
I just don’t have enough fingers or ears to wear what I have Purchase from them.
The diamonds and gold are top quality you can never go wrong purchasing from these Jewelers. If You need a repair on your gold you will always know it’s top quality trust me I am the most pickiest person you’re fine and they have never let me down all these years on any repairs.
I never give reviews but with this company I broke one of my rules because people need to be able to trust their jewelers and there are very hard to fine and here in Huntingtin Beach we have one of the best jewelers in our city.

My fiance and I went and looked at rings together at a handful of places in Southern California and Princess Bride was the best place we went to and where he got my ring from. We wanted to go with a moissanite stone and Dallas absolutely understood us. He was the only person we went to who actually asked what stone we wanted. Dallas gave us so much information and made the experience not only educational but genuinely fun. Other places scoffed at our choice to not go with diamonds and he completely embraced it. By far the best ring shopping g experience we had. Gorgeous rings, patient and friendly people.

Sarah at Princess Bride Diamond in Huntington Beach was very knowledgeable of available inventory and not a high pressure sales person. She took her time to show many different samples and styles. I did my own research on the quality of Diamond I was looking for and their prices were the best I could find. They also went out their way to deliver the engagement ring during these trying times and my fiancé just loved the ring. I will definitely be going back to get the wedding ring there also. Amazing experience! My husband had an idea of a custom design for the engagement ring and they made it happen competently. The ring turned out gorgeous! So we decided to have our wedding bands made there as well (mine custom) and, again, it was a great success! Best decision we ever made. We were treated very well. Thank you!
