You cannot go wrong shopping at Kohl’s - Huntington Beach! The associates are so pleasant and helpful! I had the opportunity to be helped by Dorene and Rachelle. True gems for associates!!! Not only great variety of merchandise, but wonderful assistance and efficient associates!!!

I received an outstanding service from Tamria. My online pick-up order was not ready, although it said so on the app. She took her time to help me. I love her positive and caring attitude. Besides her excellent service, I love coming to this location because everything is very well-organized.

The customer service is great! Last Sunday the kindest lady Doreen helped me at checkout. She was attentive & extremely courteous. I always get the best care at your Huntington Beach store. Best Regards, Janyne Wiley

The store is so much better than it used to be. Everything is so well organized, check out fast and efficient. Sales associates are very nice and friendly. Selection is great and still great bargains at clearance section
Too bad kohls pay does not work at self check out

Genuinely nice associates. Lety H. at checkout was so helpful- my Kohls card had been closed due to inactivity and she assisted me with getting another. I bought 2 dresses and the signup discount paid for one! I really appreciated her patience and knowledge.

I came here to return items to Amazon. It's a quick process, I returned two items, it took less than a minute. Boxes aren't required you just need your item(s) and the barcode from your email. The return section is on your immediate left as you walk into the store

We were pleasantly surprised at how big and clean the store was. They had tons of items to choose from and the service was great. A woman named Dorene checked us out and she couldn't have been any nicer. She is the kind of employee who brings customers coming back over and over!

I mainly shop at Kohl’s. It’s my go to store especially for clothes. Very good prices with the discounts. The HB store is my favorite. It’s always clean and the checkout people are helpful and friendly. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for.

I visited this Kohl’s location today because I had to return an item to Amazon but I walked by so many cute items on display. There is also a cute stuffed doggy which is 50% off!!

Not a huge fan of kohls, but mine had a little amazon store inside. Super cool I was able to return an item I ordered luckily split and I got a 25% off coupon for next time.

I am giving 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service that I received. The cashier that helped me was named Sushma. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and that I could receive every possible savings that was available. I will definitely be going back to this location!

I was looking and comparing towels for quite some time. I had unexpected guests arriving and needed to purchase towels fast.
I have been shopping @Huntington Beach Bella Terra KOHLS for years…so I made up my mind (after much research) to purchase my Towels, Hand towels etc…at that location.

While the towels themselves are exceptional quality…, what sealed the deal was the sale price.
At the self service check out counter, my new KOHLS/Visa card was Not going through. Feeling Frustrated, I almost walked away thinking maybe my card wasn’t updated yet etc…

This is where Cindy comes in;
Cindy understood my dilemma and had me moved from self check-out to the front cashier counter.
She personally rung up my order. When my Kohls card was again Not working, she had me enter my SS#. The sale went through and in addition, assisted me with my online app/account which gave me an additional 25% off my sale price purchase.
(I would have Not known about the additional discount if Not for Cindy)

I am so pleased with the professionalism and patience Cindy took in closing the sale. Because of her, I will always make Kohls@Huntington Beach Bella Terra, my go to shopping destination.

Went over the top to help us even though it was closing time

Had to get my daughter a new backpack for school as hers broke, they went to the storage facility to get her a girly color

On top of that they also gave us a 20% off coupon to be use with the clearance backpack we bought

It took awhile before getting to a cashier. The were some empty booths where they could have had some more cashiers.
