Pavilions

This is truly a decadent store. They’ve got items here that I wouldn’t have jumped of seeing anywhere else plus the customer service here is outstanding, prepared to have a fancy environment all around you and all the food items that you could ever imagine in more I truly can’t think of a thing of how, and what I would complain about here it’s a little slice of heaven honestly.

Tony at the sandwich bar extraordinary service went out of his way help my dad find the single serve cream cheese which they didn’t have but Tony took his bagel anyway toasted it while He waited on my Starbucks cut it in half and just really made his morning pleasant. Tony delivered restaurant service restaurant quality service at a sandwich bar at Vons pavilion in Irvine the address is attached to the receipt Tony made my dads day! Thanks Tony

Probably the nicest grocery store I have ever been to. Not only that but everybody is kind and helpful. They even have some very rare produce such as white strawberries which was pretty awesome to see. 10/10

Great supermarket, clean and organized. Very cold inside, you feel inside a refrigerator.

Great quality products, that are hard to find in your average store.

They handle halal and organic beef and lamb.I always shop my halal meat here

We grocery shop here for organic groceries, vegetables, fruits, and drinks. We also like to purchase our red roses from this store. They have a wide selection of roses and they are always so fresh and beautiful! All the employees here are nice. The Starbucks in the Pavilions is also convenient and amazing!

Produce is fresh, and all essentials are always in stock. Service is good and everything is fairly easy to find. Parking may be packed during certain times but there are lots of parking spaces. Prices are on par/pricer than other supermarkets.

This is a large, clean, pleasant store which has a good selection and well-organized aisles. I like the many options for semi prepared meals to take home and heat up. I also like the ability to find ingredients here that sometimes are not routinely stocked in other mainstream grocery stores. The parking is ample and convenient. Some prices are inflated compared to other neighborhood stores.

Far far superior to any grocery stores in the area. Just quality stuff here. Many cultural finds you don’t see in Ralph’s or others

Amazing selection of wine liquor and cheeses. They have a giant fridge with top shelf liquors too. There’s are 3 giant Parmesan wheels that they cut into smaller pieces. I like the hard rind pieces. Love the deli fried chicken in regular recipe, but usually gone and cleaned up by 6 pm. Get there early.

I would like to thank the staff at the Pavilions for their extraordinary customer service. Specifically Dean in the pick up orders was very helpful. I had a few items left out of my order and I was looking to see if I could get a refund. Once on the phone Dean was very apologetic and kind, not only did I receive a full refund for the items but they also arranged a DoorDash driver to deliver the missing items. I highly recommend this store and would like to thank them for their help again!

I mostly come here for the PHARMACY. For some reason it doesn't pop up as PAVILIONS PHARMACY for a review so I will do it here. This is the best pharmacy ever. The team of pharmacists and techs are so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They give great advice, keep on top of our drs so that refills are quickly filled, and they are highly skilled when it comes to giving vaccines, COVID and otherwise. I can't thank you all enough for being our wonderful partners and friends. Hugs to you all.

Helpful staff and good selection of quality brands. Try the sushi and fresh Skuna Bay Salmon and Harris Ranch prime steaks.

Love the freshly prepared dishes. Nice variety of choices.
From three kinds of Chicken with several sides to Poke salad and a variety of Sushi Rolls.
Clean aisles and attentive staff.

I do believe that if we stop being lazy and using the conveniences that are offered. Items could be less expensive. In the worst case more available Associates on the floor to help you find things. Think about it, they have to pay somebody go round up the cart though out the day. Increasing their total overall operating cost. OR try to grab one that is in the parking lot already and push it in to store a little loophole I guess.

I do this all the time, when people are finishing up loading their groceries, I'll ask, "are you finished with your cart? And always respond with, yes thank you. I'll return it for you. It's 👌 nice simple gesture. I would like to see more of. Men if see a women finishing loading her 🚗, ask to return her cart. Be a gentleman.

Wouldn't you love to hear your grandmother or mom explaining how nice it was that someone help her in this way..... right.

Remember if you want to complain about anything, have a solution!

So clean in this store that it looks like it is the first day it opened. MUCH better selection of quality produce, sauces, canned goods, etc. than Ralphs. Meat at the meat counter is high quality stuff. It's the perfect blend of premium grocery options with basic stuff like Coke and Oreos. Goodbye Whole Foods.

My new favorite grocery and bakery store! Great customer service and clean. The bakery is amazing ... CHEAP and surprisingly good, not too sweet like other American cakes. We have ditched the popular bakeries to buy party cakes from here onward.

This is a nice grocery store. It is well maintained and has excellent fresh product. I went to the one in Irvine expecting it to have rediculous high prices like the other boutique grocers, but they were actually fairly priced. This will be my grocery store of choice as I recently moved to the area.
