Gissberg Twin Lakes

This is a perfect place for a stroll and pretty pictures. However, would reccomend smth for kids like small park.

Absolutely gorgeous. Was able to see an eagle and a blue Heron on my visit.

Haven't been here for more than 20 years. There are now WAY more trails surrounding the lakes than there were when I was younger. Or I just hadn't discovered them (NOT likely!). Seems to be a bit more obvious wildlife around as well. *And I'm not necessarily speaking of you CRAZY Arlingtonians!

I've been going to these lakes for almost 40 years. I fished with my father and brother here, then my (now 26 year old son) and just took my 5 year old daughter for the first time. They have swim vests for all ages and we love to float and catch some sun.

Love this lake I was there just the other day and they were having a tournament for the kiddos and a 5 year old little girl pulled this out of the kids lake just started with thousands of them

I love this little park. There are always people out fishing. I like to walk around the lakes, and get to the little land spit in between the lakes. Its a nice spot to sit and watch the sunset. The parking lot is spacious and quiet. Nice green grass to enjoy and it's not usually very busy here

Lovely spot to just sit in your car and enjoy the water view or walk around the lake or lay in the sun or see some baby ducks.

Love coming here in the morning... Watching the fish jump. The ducks wonder around.. feed the squirrels.. it's peaceful

I bring my dog here for walks and he loves it! Also love seeing the cute ducks hanging out and even saw an eagle there a few weeks ago.

Lots of easy fishing during the summer, harder during winter. I still love to watch the calm water

It's not the most natural lake around, but its still fun catching fish with the kids. I like that the north pond is reserved only for kids, and both my older two caught their first fish there. They loved the experience. Bring worms!

Great place to bring kids and fish, they have a juvenile only side with a clean shoreline for younger kids. I've fished the adult side, caught a few rainbow trout, they do stock it once a year, and if you're lucky, there are a few big ones in there. There's also bass and bluegill if that's what you like. It's also great for a day picnic or just to get some sun and walk around the lakes.

Very cute little lake. I only stayed a few min but I saw lots of beautiful birds in that short amount of time. Loved it!!

Beautiful lakes filled with tons of memories from my childhood. Always have a great time and see lots of wildlife. The freeway noise is a bit loud and drowns out some of the peacefulness but that's why I always bring earbuds and just relax 😌 while I fish with the family.

Great as always, R/C boats running on north pond, but didn't bother us like it did some other Karen's

Really nice quiet place to hang out on the grass, walk around the lakes with our dog, see ducks, or go fishing...

Great place for swimming and seeing many animals including turtles, frogs, and even a beaver.... Lots of fisherman around the shore, and plenty of parking

Fun spot with plenty of parking, trails, grass areas, ducks, fishing and a swimming roped off.

Great place to walk and feel mother Nature !!!
