I love cycling clothes there! I have this routine I’ve been doing for the past year… Every few months I go through my closet - anything I don’t wear I take to consign and while I wait for them to go through my things, I pick a couple cute things for myself. I enhance my wardrobe while keeping it current and tidy :)

I’ve made money every time I take clothes and the things I pick up, come from the credit I get. It’s a fun way for me to get dopamine and see styles I would normally not see at the stores I’m a custom to shopping.

Rhu is a super awesome gal who works there with great energy - I feel like she holds down the house.

EDIT!! After going back I can tell that they are trying harder to make sure that people are on register and the line is going quickly.

Found some really cute items but unfortunately they only have one person ringing people up since everyone other employees attention was on the donations or standing around. I left without purchasing anything.

I've now gone to several used clothing stores in Orange County, and this is the one to which I will certainly be returning!
My first time selling clothes, Steffan was over-the-top informative - answered all of my questions about which clothing they were interested in purchasing, as well as the pieces that they passed on.

Learning why and more about how they market their clothes was extremely helpful. I got good money for the clothes I sold, and he even directed me on where to sell some other items.

Loved the store so much! Great atmosphere and clothes, WONDERFUL customer service!!! I’m so glad they have a mask policy to keep their customers safe and well. Kelly was amazingly sweet and kind when I asked her for help, and another girl that was at the door handing out FREE masks to customers who didn’t have any. Definitely will be shopping here again and recommending the store to my family and friends!

They care for their employees and patrons by requiring face masks & are even kind enough to pass them out to those who may not have one. Thank you for caring about those of us with actual health conditions & making the world a little safer. Great job Kelly & staff. Love u!!! 💞

I give this place a 5 star even though it was my first time going here to sell my items. I bought in at least more then 10 items of clothing and only 4 was chosen which I was sad, but I got $19.04 which was a really good deal to me since the clothing are very old style. Plus the customer service was amazing, all of the ladies that worked their was hella nice and would have a normal convo with you. They were amazing and I would definitely come back here.

Just saw a video of this store not allowing a "Karen" in because she didn't have a mask...AND this store was kind enough to offer her one!
I'm supporting this store and the community does too!
Good for you to stand up to people who were so inconsiderate of others safety and well being! Your store your rules!

service is so good the employees did a exorcism on a lady with a mysterious health condition too rid her off that karen energy. excellent job. 10/10 recommend for great coffee.

Thank you Kelly for protecting your customers and employees by requiring people to wear face masks! I’m so sorry you had to deal with Valerie Taglione and her ignorance. Just like how establishments have the right to refuse service for not wearing a shirt or shoes...you have every right to refuse service for not wearing a mask. The governor has made it a requirement for masks to be worn. Also, that woman is an idiot for thinking you can get monoxide poisoning for wearing one. Wish there was a vaccine for stupidity, but alas, there isn’t!

Amazing store!! Safety of their employees is number one concern. They enforce the use of face masks of visitors and employees. Have willingly provided masks for guests who stop by with out one.

Very responsible management. Kind of them to not only enforce the masks in store, but even give out masks to those who don’t have one. Felt very safe shopping there & great finds.

I am happy that you require a mask for the safety of your employees and customers. So many people have been stating they have a health condition, can’t wear a mask, etc then dont GO SHOPPING THEN. Great service I appreciate you all.

Needed shoes and a shirt so I could go motorcycling. Its a huge store with everything you can imagine. This was the second time here for me. My bf brought me here a few weeks ago.. and in a pinch, he brought me back..and told me i always need shoes! I was out the door under 60 bucks..and the shoes were perfect.

I really appreciate that they are taking efforts of wearing a mask to protect their employees and customers against COVID. Keep on staying strong, you are doing the right thing!

You guys are great! If anyone had an actually condition that prevented from having a mask they wouldn't be walking around shopping for pleasure. get over yourself Karen!

This is my favorite Crossroads location in Orange County. Most of their LA locations are great too, expect for the Studio City one. The Irvine Crossroads has a poor selection, their store is small, and mostly has fast fashion pieces that you could easily find at the mall already.
Anyway, this location is fabulous. It's their biggest location in both LA and OC. They have a fun staff, huge selection of various styles and trends for both men and women, and they have plenty of dressing rooms so there's never a wait.

This place is really chill super helpful and nice people they might not buy everything you have or even anything you have but they will be super nice about it and what they do by they give you a fair price

This is one of my very favorite places in Costa Mesa, I know they have a bunch of these stores all over, but particularly I really like this store in my town cause you can always find really nice clothes, best quality & affordable!!!

Great place! Never been there but the enforce PPE for the safety of their employees and customers. Kudos! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Staff really cares for the safety it’s it’s customers and as expected their own. They handle every situation properly and shout-out to Kelly for being the best!
