Love coming here every-time I visit Irvine! Amazing food, highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try close to authentic Mexican Cuisine. The sweetcorn dessert was so amazing! ❤ Although I would say the prices could be cheaper!! Pretty expensive but worth it! 👌🏼

really good service and food, they able to customize if something not on a menu, prices really good!
I ordered fish fajita which came with delicious salmon. chips and salsa are also really tasty and not spicy at all but very flavorful. they don't have Coke product and serve Pepsi drinks, I had lemonade which also wasn't bad at all.
this place is spacious inside and has area around bar and then other area away from bar and near windows, so it us family friendly.
staff here is also very friendly, which is a big plus, there is plenty of parking outside in a parking lot right outside front door.
This place is right outside SNA airport so if have a long turnaround between flights its within walking distance....
my meal total was $27 not including a tip, I will definitely come back here again!!!

Food and service was very good. First time I am visiting Mexican restaurant and every item I ordered was very delicious.

The food was very good! The server ( Mara) was exceptional. She had quite a few tables and she did very good with how busy she was. We would definitely return but live out of state.

My parents and I ordered here tonight I’m writing it here as I speak. We did wait a little bit for our food but it was sure worth it!! You can tell it’s fresh and it tastes amazing. When waiting we had chips and mild salsa to binge on and they were so good too! We couldn’t stop eating them. I love the salsa it had a lot of basil and tasted fresh. I will definitely come back when I get the chance. The music they played from the radio had me swaying from side to side while we waited for dessert. My parents and I enjoyed the music. We also had very nice servers. I’m hard of hearing and asked if our waiter could repeat himself and he did two times because I couldn’t hear him. He had patience and repeated himself. I really appreciated it.

I also came for Saturday Brunch. Great deals. Mimosas were delicious. Think I had too much...but there's no such thing as too much when they have bottomless mimosas.

I sat at the bar during my visit. The bar tender was friendly, attentive, and accurate! The margarita was fantastic! And the bacon wrapped shrimp... omg. Soooo fiiiire! I could have eaten 3 orders. The dipping sauce is so amazing!!! I cleaned the plate! Came back the next day with 14 people and it was EVEN BETTER!!!!!!! Margarita specials, taco Tuesday build your own taco. The corn casserole.... OMG! The BEST Mexican food I have EVER tasted!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of the servers went above and beyond! No mistakes. Never had a taco that tasted so good!!! I don't care if it sounds dirty! Lol

Totally amazing food and amazing staff. I was not sure what to order and would have just picked the Chefs special. But one of the staff Miguel asked me what I like and based on that recommended the combination Fajitas and the bacon wrapped Shrimp.
I must say it the bacon wrapped shrimp is just heavenly.
And then the main course was just next level. Went perfectly with the Cadillac which also Miguel recommended.
This level of customer service and amazing food is not something you come across every day.

I w always had a great experience at El Torito’s. The food and customer services are exceptional.

Our hotel was in walking distance so we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. The food and drinks were great! Our waiter (Ignacio aka 1-800 Nacho 😉) was the best! Very funny and very friendly. The manager came by a few times to see how everything was. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you from AZ!!

This was my 3rd visit to this El Torito.
The food has always been very good and tonight was no exception, but what makes this resturant spectacular is the staff.
Miguel & Cole were phenomenal and went above & beyond on a busy Friday evening to ensure that everything was top notch.
We great appreciate their attention to detail to make our evening special.
We can't wait to come back to enjoy their hospitality again.

O.M.G.! The Sunday brunch is truly 2 DIE 4! The choice of food is phenomenal! The waitresses r super sweet. YOU MUST GO! BRING THE ENTIRE FAMILY & FRIENDS!

Our flight was delayed so we decided to have dinner and go to our hotel and wait for our flight in the morning. I have to say this was the best restaurant we visited in CA. The food was wonderful. I dream of this food now and wish there was a location where I live. If your at SNA airport and are hungry I suggest going outside and defiantly eating here before you leave. The only downfall if I had to say one is the tap water isn't the greatest. Outside of that totally worth it. Lots of choices and my kids had a great time there too.

My first time coming to el Torito at Irvine and Had a good time . the service 100% .. Gerardo one of the servers was very kind and had our drinks the way we want them, thank you Gerardo! , our food was served less than 15 min , everything delicious..we are coming back soon ..

I love this place. My only criticism would be that they need to make that initial bowl of salsa you get with the chips a bit bigger. I hate to keep asking the waitress to give us more salsa.

I like the food, and the atmosphere. It can get noisy when it's busy as there isn't anything to absorb the noise.
Lunch specials are really nice and they have a great happy hour.

Aide did a fantastic job taking care of us tonight! from start to finish she made our whole experience a great one, will definitely be back!

Still can't get enough of that red sauce. Definitely an area favorite, service was good. Worthy.

I had asked for flan for takeout and they had run out of the regular size ones, but put together 3 mini ones for free!! They were so sweet, amazing service like their food.

All of their locations are extremely consistent. They provide generous portions in a wide variety of different options. There’s something available for everyone. I ended up getting the carne asada and shrimp.
