The atmosphere is great, the live music is soothing and the kava kava tea isn't bad at all. Overall, I enjoyed it.

This spot is a gem, owner and everyone who works here are genuinely kind people, Rosa, Hannah, Chris. It is a little pricy but worth it. The atmosphere is great too and people who come around here are always nice.

I stumbled across this place by accident, I truly enjoyed the experience of ceremonial Kava Kava, I was transformed into another world.

Loved it! A bit pricey, but worth it to try something new! The employees were very friendly and the decor enhances the experience. If you are first timers, let them know and they'll explain and walk you through everything. Hope to return for higher dose.

Not sure if it's possible to give less than 5 stars after drinking a bowl of Kava. Very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and treat your body, mind and soul to some Kava.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Mystic Kava Bar. It has serious hippie vibes: a giant fake metallic tree throughout the bar, funky seating and trippy art/murals. They also bring out your kava in random but cool containers. When I went, the host had a super sweet and very well behaved dog there.

The kava itself is instant. You mix it yourself with a tea whisk at your table. It's a bit expensive if you require more but is worth the experience. We typically don't do instant so it's hard to compare. I'd definitely recommend this spot though!

When I went, there was no food, so bring a snack!

I'm from San Diego, and anytime I go somewhere new, I like to scope out the kava places it has available.... This spot is GREAT!

Firstly, you mix the kava yourself, which is super unique and I had never had it this way before coming here. Definitely plan to stay awhile and have a great time!

I forget the name of the owner but the atmosphere in this Kava Bar was peaceful. I’m new to drinking kava and the owner spent a lot of time explaining the nuances of Kava.
The Kava’s Quality was fantastic like I said I’m new but I felt it I felt so relaxed, no anxiety. Just perfect!!

I am tired of beer and it’s low vibes. My friend and I spent an evening here. Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed the relaxing effect of kava. We will definitely be coming back ❤

Fantastic!! I've tried various kava products, but not in a traditional way. Mystic Water Kava Bar has an atmosphere as relaxed as the feeling the kava imparts. Our hostess (I did not catch her name..a lovely blonde lady who wore fishnets, just like my fiancee), was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They have fun games, books, and as I said before a magical atmosphere. The interior decor (tree branches, art, painted walls, etc) add to the ambience. Perfect (and affordable ;P) for a date night. My fiancee and I had a great time and would definitely go again.

Being my first time here i love it very relaxing an enjoy my time here. Try the coconut kava it's really good. Bring cash there debt card is down right now. There's atm at the bar $3.50 fee.

Mystic Water Kava Bar was very patient with a group of IQ challenged friends that visited tonight. Bartender took his time with their inane questions and chaotic idea of fun until the Kava chilled them out. Be sure to check out the glassblowers next door for some beautiful glasswork.

It was my first Kava Lounge experience. Total blast and love the atmosphere. I totally recommend this lounge over the bar setting anytime . The staff and owner is amazing😀

Few places on this Earth compare with the unique and uplifting environment Mystic Water Kava Bar offers. Owner and operator Avi has done an amazing job taking a somewhat esoteric activity and modeling it to have mainstream appeal. Words don't do Mystic Water justice.

UPDATE: After recently travelling all over Southeast Asia I can reaffirm my previous assertion: Few places on Earth compare.

It's always a fun and inviting place to hang out. The owner makes you feel like family. And the Kava is good!

I am a kava enthusiast and I love this vibe I am getting every time I go back to mystic water, To sum it up it’s just a over all great chill spot to take ur friends and hang out.

Such a cool vibe here and a gorgeous kitty to boot! I could hang out here all day and be perfectly happy. There's a surprise for you in the bathroom!! 🤣
