Nhina Nguyen - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with so many automobile insurance companies in the last 30 years. But I am very happy working with Nhina Nguyen State Farm Insurance Agency in Garden Grove. Nhina and her Co workers enthusiasticly help me to switch my insurance coverage from another to State Farm with fast responses and clear explanation. We got some reduced in our premiums. Last night, my car was disabled. This morning I called Nhina asking for help. State Farm has the quickest Roadside assistance compared with many other Insurance companies. That's why we need when our cars have roadside problems. The Tow Company service came in just less than 20 minutes. I remember one time I had to wait 1 hour or more to have the Tow Company come. Excellent and very friendly communication and fast response. 5 Stars

Amazing service and friendly staff! Our family has been with State Farm for over 20 years, Nhina and her team are so sweet and caring. Anytime we have billing questions, questions on our auto insurance or home insurance policies, they are always kind in answering all our questions. We also love exploring the little corner of goodies and swag they always have in the front, definitely a bonus each time we visit their office! Couldn’t have asked for a better insurance agent and office!

Came to the area to eat lunch and saw this office had an open house and Lunar New Year event, stopped by to check it out and so glad we did! Nhina and her team are super friendly and helpful. Wanted to give credit where it’s due… Nhina and her team provided such a good experience when getting auto insurance and home insurance for our family recently. This is the first time coming to an insurance office and feeling the warm and fuzzy’s. They were all so friendly when we walked in and really took the time to find the best options for our family. We were getting boba next door and saw this place had open house for Lunar New Year so we stopped by since our car insurance was renewing next month. Everyone was really nice and helped explain the different coverages for us (we never got that at our previous insurance agent). Vi even helped us cancel our old policy, awesome customer service, we’re happy we switched!

Amazing service & friendly staff! We found Nhina’s office online and read other reviews before coming and they really lived up to the reviews. Our family’s home insurance was expiring soon and we wanted to find a different company since we had so many issues with the one our family had been using for 15+ years. Nhina and Trish took the time to explain all the home coverages to us and helped bring us over to State Farm by making it super easy. We will be switching our auto insurance over shortly as well for that bundle deal!

I’ve had our families home insurance and auto insurance with Nhina’s office for the last 2 years and we’re so grateful to the entire staff there, they are always so cheerful and help to answer any questions our family has quickly. Love the customer service from this office. They are always welcome and nice to us whenever we need their help. 1 thing that I like Nhina Nguyen State Farm a lot is they picked up my call very quickly (not like other office). Nhina offers and is well-versed on all types of insurance, whether it be business insurance, or personal insurance (such as auto insurance, home insurance, and life insurance). I had a lot of questions for her and she responded in great detail. I didn't feel rushed to get off the phone. She and her team respond in a timely manner and go above and beyond in helping you.
