Olga the office manger was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful with the details of my insurance coverage. The doctors were great also! Gentle hands and my teeth look a lot better than when I walked in! My 11 year old approved. He always dreaded the dentist due to bad experiences, he would come out crying! Safe to say he hates dentist, but after his fillings and deep cleaning he gave 2 thumbs up no pain and no tears this time. We will be back for more treatment, we are looking forward to the service all the staff at bright now dental in Santa Ana on Bristol has to offer!

Finally, I have found the place to get my teeth worked on! The staff did a fantastic job all the way around. Very satisfied especially with Dr. Parsa, she is a gem and one of those dentist that you find maybe once or twice in your life, a true keeper! Her very caring and professional nature had my best interest in mind. Another huge plus was how I got amazing financing help from Rosie who was superb.

I read some negative reviews but keep in mind they informed me that this office has a newly renovated staff from about 2 months ago when Dr. Parsa started at this location.

I am so please with my office visit and dental work. Dr. Parsa is very knowledgeable and knows her dentistry. She is very skilled, her work is top tier, and definitely 1 of the best in dentistry. Merrissa her assistant, is just as sharp and is very diligent in keeping you clean while procedures are being conducted. Finally, the front office admin was exceptionally enjoyable and easy to work with, warm smiling faces upon entering this facility, definitely insures confidence to clients like myself. Thank you Rosie for being so helpful, and also explaining and breaking down all the paperwork and insurance jargon.

Neven the dental hygienist was nice, and procedure was very easy, thanks! The dr Choi was very professional, feeling was done with no issues at all. The office manager Oliga managed to let me in very simple way, I was new in the office. Thanks bright now dental team in Santa Ana . I highly recommend this office to my family and friends. Dr. Parsa is the BEST dentist I've ever seen!! Very informative, very gentle, she cares for her patients, the office manager excellent, the assistants and all the office staff very nice and polite, I highly recommend this dental office!

I'm happy that Neven took care of my teeth staining for me on my periodontal maintenance cleaning. She was so nice to have done that for me and to reassure me with information about deep cleaning and how to prevent pain with occasional teeth cleaning check ups. Thank you Neven!

Today I came in for a deep cleaning and Neven, the dental hygienist was the one took care of my teeth. I had a deep cleaning early this year at a different dentist and the cleaning was harsh and very painful. I came in today and told Neven about my past experience with the deep cleaning and to my surprise, she was very accommodating. She was gentle and took her time with the cleaning, and it was way less painful for me. I’m happy with the results and I really appreciated that she listened to my concerns. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy and was very kind in answering all of my questions.

Lourdes and Luis were also very friendly and outgoing, and added in making it a great experience overall. Thanks again Neven, Lourdes, and Luis, hope to see you again next month for my check-up!

OMG,this place is amazing, Dr. Choi is so gentle, very attentive to my needs and listened to me and what I needed and took care of me. Lourdes was helpful and patient with me even after I showed up late she took care of me. She is really good at what she does. Mario was very nice and cracked some jokes with me. Come back soon to place my implant.

I came in to this dentist office due to having extreme pain on one of my molars. I was a first time patient and Lourdes at the front desk was friendly and assisted me great with the paperwork before the appt and she also answered all my questions. Dr Choi and staff were concerned with my pain and they found I needed a root canal and crowning which we were able to set up for the next day and I was relieved by that since I didn’t want to put this off any longer. The procedure went great and exactly as Dr. Choi had mentioned it would go. I will definitely be coming back for more dental care.

As a new patient I was hesitant to enter the office, but every visit has been a pleasant experience. A few months ago, I had deep clean gum treatment and Brenda at the front desk was very helpful explaining the benefits of using the CareCredit financial program that’s offered. Today’s visit went very well with Feloor, their new RDH. She is very knowledgeable about dental hygiene and provided friendly service when answering all of my questions. Facility is very clean and staff are advocates for their patient’s needs.

The office manager Imelda is so nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She seems to know all her patients and explained my treatment plan and payment options very well. Monica, the person who took my X-rays, was also very sweet and patient with me. Yvonne, the hygienist, was also very nice. When making my appointment, they did mention cleaning might not happen first visit because the office is busy and the hygienist is fully booked as well, which is understandable! To my surprise they were able to do my cleaning that first visit! They were able to schedule me within the week to get my filling done. Dr. Zapata was AMAZING. Barely felt when he was injecting the local anesthetic and completed my filling very carefully but quickly! Amazing office with an amazing, caring staff. Thank you!
