My family and I went here last week to purchase a car for my daughter, and we were pleasantly surprised.

Paul was an extremely kind and easy going salesman, and he knows how to negotiate fairly with the customer. The car we wanted, and some of his other cars in the lot were by far the cheapest we've seen around, so Ben Auto Haus gives the best deals around socal.

Overall, we made our purchase through their financing options and could not be pleased more! I highly recommend this place because their prices and cars are pretty unbeatable.

I was lied to about the car I purchased from this place. It had been in an accident. After I bought it and didn't run a carfax I found out. This man was deceitful and showed me some generic report and insisted that the car was sound even said that Toyota gave it a clean bill. Lies lies lies. I had to replace my rotors and brakes, front end alignment. I've probably spent around 2000 so far and I shouldn't have to put money into my car. I understand that some cars are as-is but, come now. SMH

I bought a 2015 RX350 from this dealership. The salesman and owner are accommodating because they want your business. Beware and dont trust this dealership!!!
After I signed the paperworks, they only handed me only one key and promised the other set of keys in a few days as they're still at the auction house. Weeks past by and no keys, just empty promises.
I just received a letter from a law firm stating that the vehicle I purchased has a frame damage and unsafe to drive. Before making a deal with the salesman and owner, they showed me a clean auto report of vehicle. Not sure if its a legit report but it shows clean record or else I would walk away. Now, im talking with a lawyer to file a lawsuit against Ben Auto Haus.
