I called at the last minute to make an appointment for my son because he wanted to Contacts lenses before we go on our vacation. I spoke to a nice person on the phone and she was able to squeeze me in that same day. The receptionist greeted kindly us kindly and the eye doctor was funny and pleasant and helpful. We have been there for a few years. I see no reason to go anywhere else. It makes a big difference when people are kind and helpful. Thank you Monroe vision clinic.

Tammy the receptionist is personable, kind, compassionate, funny, and an all around wonderful employee. She helped me throughout my entire transaction without skipping a beat and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Lee is also amazing, very informative and kind. Excellent service and excellent people. Thank you to both of you for restoring a little bit of hope in humanity one day at a time. I hope to see you in the future!

Excellent customer service. I have never had to wait for more then 5 minutes to be seen. A rarity now days to be seen at your actual appointment time so that is always nice. Last script had issues. They worked me into the schedule to have it fixed as quickly as they could. My entire family uses this Location due to customer service and caring staff. Highly recommend them as the best place I have been to.

Very friendly and professional staff. My eye exam was quick and painless, and all my questions were answered. Then when it was time to choose new frames, I received a lot of help choosing the perfect frames for my face. I highly recommend Monroe Vision Clinic!

Staff is very friendly. I was greeted and seen promptly upon my arrival. Even though I was a new patient, they had all my insurance and benefits information ready to go. They used a digital mapping system to get accurate details of my eyes. In the past I had only used the old dilation method which is not very pleasant and takes awhile as well. Especially waiting for your eyes to return to normal. With this it’s about two minutes and zero discomfort. There was a $30 copay for the procedure, but for me, worth it. Tracy was very helpful in assisting me with frame selection and is ordering a couple more that were not in stock so I can see them on my face. I’m kinda picky with glasses, so this is much appreciated. Overall, Monroe Vision clinic provided excellent service. I definitely recommend, and look forward to having an ongoing relationship.

Great vision clinic. I go here for glasses and contacts, and so does my 10 year old. They are kind, professional, and we always have a good experience. Glad we found doctors that can work so well with my kids, though I do wish they could treat my three year old too! We are counting down the years till she can switch to come here.

I have been going to MVC for years. I appreciate the staff & the variety of frames they offer. I love Dr. Sessions! He's professional, kind, answers any questions you have & throughly explains any issues you may have w/your eyes. I highly recommend MVC.

Dr Lee is the best. I haven't wore contact lenses in 15 years, he took his time in helping me find what I needed and was patient with teaching me how to put them on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Highly recommend if you need a good eye clinic to go to!

Came to Monroe vision clinic to have an eye examination and get my new glasses. The staff was super friendly and was super helpful. Jessica helped me out and she was phenomenal. Talk about a rockstar! Would give more stars if I could! She Made the entire process painless and such a breeze. The dr was quick and professional and very easy to work with. Would recommend Jess and Monroe vision to all my 4 eyed friends and family. Keep up the amazing work!

This was a great experience. The clinic was able to see both my wife and I on short notice and on a Saturday morning. The appointment started on time, the staff was courteous, and we left feeling satisfied our needs were fulfilled. We will definitely be going back.

This was my first visit to Monroe Vision Clinic and I had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They use up-to-date equipment, including a new technology I didn't know existed -- no more annoying eye dilation? Fantastic! My previous clinic didn't have that. They have two locations and I went to the Monroe location, but I imagine the Snohomish location is just as good. I highly recommend them!

I visited the new Snohomish office today and got there very early for my appointment but was immediately taken care of and found some new frames i’m very excited about and I was able to see my same doctor. Very nice staff!

The staff all around was very nice. Dr. Lillian works very hard and give it her all. I don’t think I’ve had a more attentive eye exam before. It was impressive, it’s nice to be able to see well

My appointments with Dr. Lee are always productive and informative. He is a wonderful doctor, and the people at Monroe Vision Clinic are friendly and helpful.

I had my first appointment today at the Snohomish location. They were very thorough, answered all my questions, and took the time to help me choose frames that I'm very happy with. I will definitely be a regular patient.

Dr. Lee and staff were very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee was not in a hurry, answered all our questions and even showed us a picture of the inside of our eye. I would highly recommend him.
