Brought my 2016 Jeep renegade in for a recall of the exhaust system. Charles Bruce the Service Advisor was great! Very helpful and made sure I received my car back before the end of the day. Great customer service and bought my Jeep there back in 2016. Will be back again for service. Thanks again

I just bought my second truck from The Auburn Dodge dealership, the entire experience went very smooth. I noticed driving home that it didn’t quite track straight going down the road at 65 miles an hour… I took it back and with the help of Chris “service department and Damon “parts department Everything got worked out above and beyond my expectations… If it wasn’t for these two men I 100% would have returned the vehicle but instead I am now an extremely satisfied client for life… Thanks to everybody else that was involved with my purchase, you guys rock !!!!!!

The fact is the word “Service” is almost non existent these day’s, everyone is understaffed and overwhelmed. I had an experience with Auburn Chrysler recently that gave me a spark of hope, my heater core went bad on my 22’ dodge Ram, it took forever to get an appointment but by pure luck they had the part in stock, changing a heater core is a job to say the least, the entire dash must be disassembled, they did it for me in one day! And did a great job besides! I was one satisfied customer! Thank’s guy’s!

We found the perfect new/used truck which was located here. Sasha reached out to us, and walked us through the process. We drove 3 hours (the next day) to test drive and inspect the vehicle. Picked up my 2024 Wrangler 4xe recently and the experience was very positive. Sasha (sales) was very courteous and patient throughout the entire process. Mia (finance) was very straightforward and thorough. I appreciated that she was not overly pushy with add-ons during the signing process. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Sasha (Sales) was awesome. All was transparent and pricing was better than several others we checked. Had a minor issue after purchase that Sasha Levchenko and Anthony from service dept took care of.

Had truck repaired here, great experience. They worked me in early because my truck was non-operational and Anthony went the extra mile to make sure the warranty claim was covered. This is where I'll be coming for service henceforth!

Auburn CDJR Came through for me again. Brandon didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock so he searched the dealer network and found "The" one. The next day Oleksander Levchenko called and let me know it was ready to pick up. We drove up and he greeted us before we got to the door. We quickly completed all the paperwork in finance, Thanks to Mia Gilli. Oleksander then gave us the rundown on all the latest features, operating tips, and paired the phones. My wife was very impressed with the friendly manor of the staff and the quickness of the process, we were in and out in a little over an hour. I smiled and said now you know why we come here.

Bought my Jeep Cherokee X here and was very pleased with the service. Kent was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I wanted. Everyone was helpful and kind to myself and my Momma. I would highly recommend these folks!!

Only suggestion is to offer a car wash and detail. Happy to pay for it.
