The best coffee spot in Auburn! Drinks are always great and never had a mistake once. Not to mention the best part of the experience which is the workers. Some of the greatest customer service consistently, it's like these people don't ever get tired (they do work at a coffee shop lol) 5 stars 🌟

My first time ever visiting a Dutch Bros. We stopped by on a road trip back home. Our order was taken by a lovely staff member outside, and when we arrived at the window, one of our drinks was already ready! Great price, and delicious coffee

Always upbeat with engaging conversation. Generally seem like happy folks, maybe it's all the caffeine 🤷‍♂ Tons of delicious drink combos, not much in the way of snacks of food items. Muffin tops are sweet as all get out, but a fun twist. The flavored Rebels on a hot summer evening are clutch. Solid coffee hut for sure

Dutch Bros has great coffee, and great people. When our pet died, and we were bummed and went to get coffee, they gave it to us on the house. This is what true "empowerment" is, where the workers have the ability to do those types of kindnesses.

Move over Starbucks. Dutch is going to do to you what Starbucks did to Coffee Bean & tea.
Although... I don't know what their hiring practices are and if they give insurance to part-time employees So with that said, if Dutch is not ... then shame on Dutch. If you are, watch out Starbucks.

I wish I could give 6☆ for service, the employees always go above & beyond for us. I always leave with a smile.

My son and I were up in the Auburn area and decided that we needed a little "pick me up". We stopped at the Dutch Bros located in the Staples parking lot (by Burgers & Cream) and he let out a huge sigh because the line was "sooo long" on both sides .. I told him to just wait and see and of course the staff never dissapoint... we ordered our favorite "Unicorns Blood" Dutch Sodas, paid the gal at our car window while waiting (SO CONVENIENT!) and went through to the window to grab our drinks all within 10 minutes... so fast for being probably to 10th car in line and the same long line at the other window... we always love pulling up to the window and seeing how happy and friendly the staff is !! By far a great job! Thanks Dutch Bros!!

What I love most about this place is the service. I don't think that the servers are putting on a show to get you to love the experience. For some strange reason I get the impression, every time I go through here to get coffee, that this is one of the best jobs to have in the area. That attitude shows in everything they do to make it a great experience for the customer, including standing outside in the cold to take an order so no one has to spend too much time in line to get a great cup of coffee. For that reason, I will drive farther for a Dutch Bros Drive through than any other drive through.

I love stopping by this location in between appointments or when I'm out with my dogs. The staff is always very friendly and they move the line quickly. They've got something for everyone here. I highly recommend Dutch Bros in Auburn!

As usual, Dutch Bros is a regular favorite of mine. Fairly easy access, compared to some other locations. I order the same drink almost all the time (double dirty chai latte), and it is consistently good. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

Bring back lavender sweetener why give up something that works in your ice teas and it goes great in your aniolater drinks please don't give up thinks that work you all are God's in drinks keep up the great work also your employees who make the drinks are awesome give them a bonus or a better raise like 20$ hr there worth it.

Okay let's get this straight first. They are not really Dutch. That's just clever advertising. The Dutch are such nice people it gives them a friendly image. How ever the coffee is very good. But it's not Dutch either! More advertising. So don't be expecting any wooden shoes. Just nice coffee. From I think Brazil and Columbia. Not Holland!! Enjoy. :-)

Wifey loves this place. It's not any more overpriced than Starbucks. Staff is always super friendly and the line moves super fast. Not a huge fan of all the crazy energy drink combos. But an iced honey kicker is my wife's absolute fav.

Punch card is super sweet as well.

You guys are always so fun and friendly. Drinks are always consistent. Pricey. But not your fault!

It was pouring rain and the person taking my order of 5 different drinks was as happy as a lark !! I just love the people at this location always happy and ready to make you smile!! I gave them a 25 % tip hope it makes their day as they made mine !!!

I'm a regular so I'm there everyday they work really hard and they do a good job

Definitely not a Starbucks!! Thank God for that!!! Delicious coffees, espresso based drinks, teas, hot, iced, blended and even not-so-hot children's hot cocoa, not to forget their enormous Rebel menu, and so, so much more. Everytime we are greeted with friendly employees who love to strike up a conversation while you wait. They also offer a customer loyalty card that gets filled up quickly with our family. Fun stickers, specialty days for price discounts or extra stamps, including double stamp Tuesdays, and an abundance of Dutch Bros novelty souvenirs and coffee products on their website. If for any reason you are not 💯% satisfied, they will
gladly replace it or refund your money- no questions asked!! Start your day off right by stopping by your local Dutch Bros, or perk up your sluggish afternoon! You won't be sorry😉

The south Auburn location was one of my favorites. The kids there were always upbeat and super friendly. I don't work in the area anymore so I'll miss them! Wish them nothing but the best. Cant go wrong with D.Bros!
