Ross Dress for Less

Ross is one of my favorite stores, and this one in Auburn is equivalent to the ones I visited in Southern California. I appreciate that they carry a variety of quality products for the home, such as, kitchen ware, furniture, bath essentials, garden essentials, pet supplies, home decorative items, electronics, basic automotive items, clothing for men, women, and children, and other items. The store is always clean and well organized, and the workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, in addition to having a security guard who is always courteous and ensuring everyone’s safety is maintained, in addition to securing the store’s merchandise and maintaining safety measures. I highly would recommend this store.

We love everything about our Ross store we always spend about an hour there so much to chose from and can't beat the prices

Back to 5 stars! We had a good experience here today. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I found some converse shoes that I can hardly wait to rock! Also got stocking stuffers, boxers, socks and slippers. Excellent toy selection too. Found playdoh and other fun stuff too.

Edited a year ago to add- one star. My daughter came in today to get me some socks. We both work retail so we know the struggle of dealing with the public for 8 hours a day. When my daughter said thank you to her for bagging her purchase, the cashier responded 'WHATEVER'. WTH? This isn't the first time they have been treated rudely here. I wish I had been there I would have handled it immediately. Older woman with dyed blonde hair. Not cool. My daughter was being polite and that is how you responded?! Poor form. Extremely unprofessional.

Ross is one of our favorite stores to shop for gifts and bedding. Nice selection of beautiful items to choose from with reasonable prices. We love this store.

Always have cool options and fair prices

I love Ross. I live in a tiny town, too small for the big chains. I always stop at Ross if I find myself in a city. It's a great place to find stylish brand name items at a significant discount.

Like most discount retailers, devoted customer service isn't the order of the day. However, the racks are kept pretty organized, so you can see if they have what you're looking for. The store is clean and tidy enough, as are the changing rooms.

It does feel rather as if the staff's main responsibility is theft prevention, but they are all very cheerful and friendly within the limits of their assigned tasks.

My purchases today included a very nice stainless steel saucepan for $23, and a $90 pair of slacks for $21. That's why I go there. Fabulous for bedding, towels, kitchenware, shoes, bras...

Once I was in a pub in England with three other people (all English) and we laughed to realize that everyone there was dressed in things bought at Ross Stores in both Florida and California. It's habit-forming!

Each time I have visited this particular location, the selection of items to choose from is amazing! This store always seems to have so much to choose from and I will always spend money here regardless. The wait time to check out wasn't too bad, as it seemed typical to all of the Ross locations that I have been to. If I lived closer to this store, I would be there every week to see what new things they had available.

Decent selection, but limited variety in clothing styles. They sell through their intimates inventory super quickly. Had a very nice assortment of handbags and purses though, all shapes, colors, sizes, and styles were available this trip. Almost always friendly staff, even with a line the ladies that were covering the registers were hustling to keep wait times down. All around good location, great staff, pretty clean facilities, decent selection in most departments, and always a bargain. Gotta love Ross!

All I can say about Ross is good stuff within to find. I love the stuff they have for coffee stuff for like coffee area . I have a coffee area at work and at home. And they have it. They also have polite employees and good security. They also have good stuff for like for household stuff. I recommend if you need something to look good in your house I recommend Ross

Always enjoy browsing at Ross. Good place to get unusual things to try as well as well as everything else I can use. From kitchen tools to cologne to shoes.

Actually, I believe it's just a well run store. Things were organized, excess stock was well packaged and out of the way. The store was clean and shelves were not torn to pieces.

The staff was friendly and I would like to assume they would have been helpful if I had any questions.

Great one stop shopping clothes, pets, household items galore, Makeup, shoes, bedding. Furniture, electronics, jewelry, home deco, seasonal items, yard tools& deco, candy, treats, candela, bath towels, sheets, comforters, rugs, artwork and more and everything in the store has a killer discounted prices.. check it out... One thing to note there are lots of stores around some Ross are better stocked than others

Fantastic staff at this location! Open late - 11:30pm most nights. All of the employees I had contact with were helpful, kind, and seemed happy to be there. Almost always have a nice variety and selection of things, great prices. Its a definite stop on most of my trips to Roseville.

I stopped at Ross on a whim as I needed a couple art supplies for a class I'm taking. What a great surprise when I found exactly what I was looking for plus found watercolor paper, 12 sheets for $2.99. At art store I bought 15 sheets for $15.99. WOW am I happy I stopped here. Plus of course I found additional items that I just had to have (did not need though!)

open late, i dont like it too much, but my wife loves it. That way, i dont. If I go myslef Yes 5 star.

Ross in Auburn is doing a great job during this pandemic. They are almost fully stocked and they are keeping everything clean. I am so happy to have them back! They are requesting that everyone wear face masks to enter as well as counting the number of people to keep safe distances between us. Love you guys!

This Ross is always pretty neat and clean. They have a wide variety of items at discount prices and the employees are always courteous. Stock is a bit low right now (probably due to Covid)
