Excellent service from start to finish. Lots of good advice at the store, great delivery. They gave me a two hour window, sent me a message to say they were one hour away. They were fast efficient and professional. I was very happy with Mattress Firm and will be sure to use them again

My husband didn't want to go because he said it would take up to four hours to pick a mattress. After a long 15 minutes we picked the perfect match for us.
I walked in and was not rushed or pressured to buy, Our sales representative Brianna, took her time and was really professional in answering all of our questions and she helped us find the perfect mattress that had a price right for us.

She showed me all mattresses within my specs, not just the most expensive ones (as i recently had happen to me with a different business, not cool). She was very patient with me trying all beds out, she kept my 4 yr old at bay for me so i could focus🤣, and went above and beyond to get me adjustable base i needed by thinking a bit outside the box. Also very knowledgeable on all deals and warranties related.

We went in for Presidents’ Day, we knew what we wanted but still wanted to check what else they had. Brianna was beyond helpful and patient with us while we took our time testing out the beds. My 3 girls made themselves at home 🙈 She and all the other employees never made me feel uncomfortable that they were there grabbing all the remotes for the different beds and testing out all the things for EACH bed 😂 Brianna helped us make our decision and even helped us with our youngest who’s 3 with her newest bed. We literally can’t thank her enough for all the discounts and extra stuff that got included into the sale. Thank you again Brianna for your above and beyond customer service. Our bed arrives this coming Thursday and we’re beyond excited about it. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic, an adjustable bed frame and a twin size mattress. 😊 Definitely recommend this store and Brianna!

My family and I have purchased several mattresses from Madisen over the years. Excellent experience every time. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and helps us find exactly what we need every visit. Her store is well maintained; clean and organized. I recommend her to everyone I know who is in the market for a mattress! My friends and family are always beyond satisfied with their experiences as well!

Brianna was so knowledgeable and provided us with excellent customer service. She asked if we had any questions or concerns a couple times during the purchase, but we didn’t because she had already answered all of them! There was a great selection of mattresses to choose from. We were looking for a new Queen mattress for our guest room as well as a new Cal King mattress for ourselves. Brianna made our shopping experience very pleasant. No pressure just great customer service!

I had a great experience today with Brianna. She was extremely thorough, helpful in explaining how the process worked, listened to all my concerns and did not pressure me into making a decision. I spent a full two hours and was very satisfied with my decision. Key factors were the 120 day exchange and if ultimately an exchange didn't work out I would not be out more than $400 on a $5400 mattress. The warranty by tempur pedic was also a factor. The turn around time for the mattress is 2 days which is incredible. I can't wait!

Brianna was amazing and was very knowledgeable about all products.

P.S. The store needs security cameras inside. While we were there a very sketchy man entered, didn’t engage when Brianna greeted him, appeared to size up the situation (3 women against him) and left. I’d hate to think what might have happened had she been alone.

Best experience, hands down! Madisen Biebel was an absolute delight! I have purchased a handful of mattresses over the years and I have never been more satisfied. Madisen met all my needs answered all my questions and made me feel at ease when making this purchase. Unbelievably great service from Madisen! No sales pressure, no stressful bickering over prices and she made sure we got the best mattress at the best price to fit our needs. Went out of her way and spent extra time cost matching for accessories and got our delivery a week earlier by calling the distributor personally. If you want the best experience in town from a super low pressure friendly senior store manager then this is the place. We will be back again when we need another mattress.

We found the right size and comfort Twin mattress for a trundle bed from Kari. The price was great! I liked that you can still go into the store and feel the mattress versus buying one in a box.
