We enjoyed meeting Candy! Our experience when renting a home from her was very easy and enjoyable. She responded quickly and sometimes even after her regular business hours, which we appreciated. Recently we’ve had some issues affecting our credit history and life, Candy was understanding and helped us in a way others would not. Overall, could not be happier with our experience!

I have been renting from Allied Reality for the past 15 years. Candy has moved us into some great houses over the years. As our family grew, she found us a larger house. As our family grew smaller again, she found us a beautiful rental in A Town. Candy has always addressed our maintenance issue as soon as they arise. I would certainly use Allied Reality again and again if i ever need to rent again or purchase another home.

Absolutely terrible experience. We always paid rent on time, good tenants, scrubbed the place, but we are young and ignorant and didn’t take pictures and they fully took advantage and kept ALL of the deposit ($1,000!!!!!) really sad to see her to do business so poorly. Would not recommend to anyone, they will absolutely screw you.

Worst experience, she was very rude over the phone when I called asking about a property. Then asked for my age, and proceeded to speak very low of me just because of my age. Which is a form of discrimination, and I will not stand for that, I do not recommend this lady to anyone.
