I love these guys! They're awesome at custom decks! Affordable windows, soffits, and fascia with good installers. They have all kinds of experience which helps them with giving accurate estimates. I would recommend for people that want the job done right for a reasonable price.

My Dad had a new metal roof put on in 2018. We didn't realize the hail storm had damaged it. Allstate sent out an adjuster and said whoever did the roof did an excellent job. They have been fast to answer calls and calls back quickly. We are having them replace the roof because we know they will do an excellent job!

We first used Affordable roofing in fall of 2018 for our deck replacement. Affordable roofing did a beautiful job - they were always on time, cleaned up daily and completed our deck on time. They used quality materials and built a deck that significantly added to the value of our home. This fall our 30 year old roof needed replacing. In addition to the roof, the attic floor in our garage was sagging. Affordable roofing fixed the sagging floor and replaced the roof. Again, the project was completed on time in a very professional manner. They kept to their schedule, cleaned up daily and did a beautiful job. They will be our contractor of choice for any future home repairs or updates.

Over the summer we knew we needed a new front deck. Left my info on their site. Tom got in touch and came out to see our site and talk about what we wanted. He explained the best options for our needs, wants and budget. Later that day he sent an estimate. It took some time for us to get back to him, but when we did. Soon Nate and his son (sorry can't remember the name) were on the job. They were great, even tightened down a gate latch (thank you, I noticed). They were on time, worked hard and left no mess, ever. At the end we have a beautiful new deck, that will stand for so many years! I can only speak of my experience and from my personal experience these guys were nothing but professional and great to deal with, so give them a call if you're in need of a new deck.

Affordable NW Roofing did the tear off/re-roof of our house and shop a couple of weeks ago. They did a great job at a fair price and definitely went the extra mile. They were very professional and cleaned up every day. When all was said and done I have a great roof and I could barely tell that they were there! I would definitely use them again!

THE BEST ROOFERS! Professional and friendly sales rep, manager, and crew. All of them paid close attention to detail and honored our specific wishes. The job, which included tear-off to the rafters and all new decking, was done quickly and without a glitch. They were always on time, made very little mess, and cleanup was superb. Also, out of the 6 bids we got, theirs was next-to-lowest. I recommend this company as highly to others as it was to me. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Had to spend an extra $6000. 6 years later because they failed to install a drip edge on both sides of my house because they just covered it with the leaf guard and when they came back to see what they didn’t do I just got unprofessional response and they did not want to help me fix my issue. They will not offer or even come out to do estimates for any roof repair. They only want the big jobs. Stay away from these guys.

I would give no stars if I could. Needed a steel roof repair at Newman Lake. I emailed them on October 6, Stew did immediately respond and got contact information for my step-daughter who lives at the house. He wanted to come right over, but my step-daughter could not get off work that quickly.

Stew never followed up again - I had sent 2 follow up emails, the first was ignored and on the second (Oct. 23) I received, "Sorry Mike we are no longer taking repairs on."

Wasted over two weeks of time when if they even would have shown up they would have been given the job.

They put a roof on our house 5 years ago, it has leaked ever since. They would not stand behind the warranty, all they wanted to do was replace vents, which wasn't the problem. They kept saying none of it was their problem, even though the roof did not leak before they put the new one on. Beware of this company's work, they will not stand behind it.

Horrible company! That bully's people about their weight and condones it! Would not recommend at all!!!!

I lost out on $800 because the owner wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt to show my insurance Agency. I felt like they just did the bare minimums to get the job done and move to the next one.
