I have been coming here for several years (since they opened). I always have a great, smooth experience. The entire staff and Dr. Quintana and Dr. Heaton are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Farmington Family Dentistry. The office is very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment.

The staff is super friendly! Everything is clean, orderly and efficient. My visits are short and the professionals are always gentle and focused on ensuring that I am comfortable during the procedures. They are very thorough and I always leave satisfied with my treatment. Growing up and well into adulthood (20+ yrs) I have always had a fear of dentists because it was always a painful experience for me. Since I've been going here, for maybe the past 5yrs or so, I no longer have that same fear. I never experience anything more than perhaps the occasional mild discomfort depending on the procedure. They do an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Quintana is so kind. He was willing to squeeze me in for a filling same day as my cleaning. The staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my dental health really matters to them. I am a nurse and I take my whole family there and would highly recommend them.

Ive really enjoyed each visit I've had at Farmington Family Dentistry. You are gently greeted and seen quickly. Everyone in the office has been incredibly friendly and helpful with any concerns I have had. Every procedure I've needed has been quick and painless. I've been a patient of Dr. Farley's for over 20 years and now I take my kids to him also. He is a great dentist and makes us feel very comfortable. He is very trustworthy and kind. FFD is a nice place to go for dental needs. I feel comfortable being there, all the staff are educated, qualified and friendly. I never feel like anyone is looking down on me or like I’m getting a bad deal. Once they hired different receptionists I felt more comfortable and respected.

If you're looking for a great dental office, Farmington Family Dentistry is the place to go! I've been a patient since they first opened and my appointments have all been very pleasant.

Dr. Farley and Dr. Heaton are both very caring and gentle dentists. Their first concern is that their patients are comfortable and not in pain. Dr. Farley has done a couple fillings on me and he always waits until I am completely numb before starting the filling. They are also conservative in their treatment planning. They have never told me that I needed something that I didn't really need. When they do come up with a treatment plan for you, they always go over everything and answer any questions you have about the procedures. They also never start any treatment until they've gone over the cost with you - so there aren't any surprises!

The staff members at the office are really nice too. They are personable and make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I would recommend Farmington Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone!

The least traumatic dentist visit I've ever had. Dr Quintana treated me with respect and listened to and addressed my concerns with compassion. I will be changing my family from Sundance to Farmington Family immediately.

We have had wonderful experiences with Farmington Family Dentistry. The entire office is friendly and helpful. I have a child with allergies, and the staff was helpful and considerate as they dealt with him. My youngest was hesitant to go to his first appointment, but they made every effort to make it a good experience for him.

We have been using Farmington Family Dentistry since moving back to Farmington. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They have always been on time ,but I never felt rushed like they were in a hurry to get to the next patient. Would highly recommended them.

This office is simply amazing. Excellent care.
I have had terrible experiences with dental offices that caused me to avoid going in for 7 years. Doctor Farley made me feel calm and relaxed, explained how procedures worked and was very caring and attentive. I highly recommend this group of folks and that is not something I thought I would ever say about a dental group.

Love the entire staff as there is great continuity. I have total confidence in both Dr. Farley and Dr. Heaton who took over Dr. Bill Thompson's practice some years ago. The moment I walk in the door I feel like they know me. I have friends who also use Farmington Family Dentistry so running into them there is a special treat.
I love the newly expanded facilities and state-of-the-art equipment.
Both Docs have great bedside manner - I say that because I have been know to fall asleep during procedures. Dr. Farley gives "good shot" so you really have to look for the "pinch".
I am so grateful for modern, painless dentistry and appreciate the advanced technology the office provides. (As a senior I also REALLY appreciate the senior discount as well.)
