Joann is Amazing!!! She went above beyond to help me even though it was crazy busy! Best Rite Aid ever! I would never get service like this at CVS.

This location is the BEST! 👍👍 The employees are always extremely friendly and Helpful and always greet you at the Door, never do I wait very long to check out, and the Pharmacy staff are equally friendly and kind as well! 👍👍

Such an awesome pharmacy and store,very professional, efficient staff.
Although I shouldn't eat the ice cream the Thrifty brand is so good.
They have items that correspond with the seasons too. You can tell someone is thinking !

Love this store. From the front checkout to the pharmacy, great customer service. Plus their pharmacy staff is so amazing. Lastly, you can get scoops of ice cream on a cone!

Easy in, easy out and Rite Aid carried the simple, popular medication that CVS has been out of for at least the past 6 weeks with absolutely no recommendation of where to find the popular prescription I had purchased there many many times. It appears CVS simply do not care.

They work so very hard and are super dedicated to their job. None of them are ever rude. If a customer is out of line, which seems to be almost always, they calmly assess the situation to the best of their ability. They go as fast as they can. Always smiling and cheerful while greeting; and always super helpful! A lot of the customers don't understand how hard it is for them back there and need to learn how to have patience!!!
Up front.. eh, that area could use A LOT of work. Especially with that John guy they hired. His hair is hard to look at, and he always seems to radiate some type of horrid unbearable stench. He also talks non-stop and it can get annoying, especially when I'm in a rush.. I always try to go through someone else's line when I'm there...
But I do love how the line looks; it's so straight and organized. Very convenient for snacks on the go! :D

I had a really wonderful experience getting my COVID-19 booster shot. From processing through the shot. Great people and they are handling SO MUCH with reduced staff. Thank you, Rite Aid!

I use the pharmacy mostly but I’ve never had a problem shopping here and stopping in for something.

We had a family emergency involving a prescription for one of our out-of-state children. Jeanette (spelling uncertain) from the pharmacy totally saved us; she immediately made a number of calls for us and called back quickly repeatedly every time she needed new information. Really amazing service in a dangerous medical situation.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful, compassionate and friendly. The head Pharmacist, Ms. Kim, helped me get my heart medicine after my Dr. and I had a mix-up that resulted in me running out too early, and you can not abruptly stop taking this particular type of heart medicine. She was able to get things taken care of even though my Dr was out of his office, by calling, faxing and sending requests via the computer- and made sure I was okay, and I am so very thankful for that.. In addition to my heart problems, and a lifetime of health issues including an UN-diagnoseable auto-immune disorder (I am actually a National Institute of Health long term study patient for that reason) - I suffer from 2 fractured vertebrae "bilateral L5 spondylolysis" and nerve damage in my lower back and leg which makes every day a challenge. She, and everyone else in this pharmacy have always helped me get my medicine on time, quickly and have been nothing but helpful. Thanks so much, Ms. Kim and everybody in your pharmacy!
