I went to Oak West Footwear store that's next to Macy's in the Inland Center Mall. And when I entered the store the girl that was there helped me nicely. She asked me nicely if I needed help and I told her about the DC shoes that I wanted to buy. She helped me look for my DC shoes and we did not see them, then the girl told me to wait because she can see if she had some DC shoes in the back and she did. She asked me nicely what size I would like I said 11 and 12 and she took both sizes to me then I tried them on and when I found my size I bought the DC shoes and the girl was really nice in putting the shoe laces into my new DC shoes. So for me the girl that helped me did really good service on the way she helped me look for my new shoes and then also going to the back to look if they are some in there. And specially she did a really good service in helping me put the shoe laces into my new DC shoes so I will definitely recommend
Oak West Footwear to anyone, for all the good service that the girl that helped me did when I was there to buy my new DC shoes.

Very kind and wonderful environment; the workers were very helpful (: and this is probably the one store in the whole mall that sell my size in shoes. Definately going to shop here more often!

Very social, kind, and helpful. My girlfriend and I went in around 3:10pm and were out in 20 minutes thanks to Seeley, our cashier would give 10/5 stars if I could

Expensive. Shoe enthusiast would enjoy the tread here. Saw no shoes or clogs made of oak. My compass went all directions in there. Not just west.
