My experience with Yucaipa Auto Electric was incredible. I was the first one to arrive, but even though my name was not recorded for the Monday service, 5/13/24, my Chevy Colorado Pickup was attended, and by 4:30 p.m I picked up my pickup, and the guy had done an excellent job of giving life to my vehicle. I drove 14 mi and found no issues. Thank you, my brother from Zimbabwe.

My buddy referred me to Yucaipa auto electric. I had a series of electrical problems going on with my 2021 Jeep JL wrangler and Sterling and his team did a fantastic job! They identified the problem and fixed it timely. They gave me a detailed summary of the work, what went wrong and things to watch out for in the future. Then we proceeded to have a 45 minute conversation about electric cars, life, and moving out of state (lol). Sterling is a stand up guy. If you’re ever in need of any auto electric issues, he’s the man to call.

I did not have an appointment and showed up 15 minutes before they opened. They welcomed me and patiently listened to my issues. I got to pick their brain a lot. Unfortunately they were completely booked and couldn’t see me. They were nice enough to offer a lot of advice, and recommended another honest shop in town. Will definitely come back with an appointment!

I have been getting my car serviced here for years. It is clean with a comfortable waiting area. Staff is professional and they do a great job. They never try to sell you parts or service not needed. They are trustworthy.

I had a recall on my 2009 Hyundai done at I dealership. I asked them to look at my inoperative cruise control. They said I would have to leave my car for three days and repairs would be between $500.00 & $700.00.

I took the vehicle to Yucaipa Electric. They said that diagnosis would be about $135 before they could quote repair costs. I left the car for one day. They changed the break light sensor and charged me a total of $250. They could have told me to remove the gas cap and put a new car under it but they didn't. They diagnosed the problem. Repaired the problem. No BS. No hidden charges. Just honest work at a fair price. Thank you for being honest in an industry known for dishonesty.

Staff is friendly & professional, at the front desk I met Sterling who has a wonderful personality. They do a thorough inspection & explain clearly & simply what they find & what they do. Great shop, great service, fantastic people!

Auto electric is complex and frustrating. That's why other shops sent me to Yucaipa Auto Electric. They provide good service at a fair price. Sterling just comes across as a good guy. They are friendly and honest. That's a rare combination these days, and that deserves more than a 5 star rating!

This review is long over due, but it’s a review that has earned it. Long story short I live in LA and was on my was to El Centro and had an unfortunate run with some major car trouble. I was able to get my car to Yucaipa Auto Electric and I was stressing because I had a long drive ahead of me. The entire Yucaipa Auto Electric team was awesome. From the moment I called them to the last day when I picked up my car. They were professional, courteous, and very informative. My overall experience was awesome and I would highly recommend the team. My car wasn’t fixed the same day, but was fixed in two days; what are the chances of that. I’m super thankful for the work and attention that was put into taking care of me as a customer and my vehicle. Thank you very much Yucaipa Auto Electric!!!

Check engine light came on. Took it to Sterling and he not only checked the code which triggered the light but replaced the thermostat, thermostat housing and cooling system housing. He got this taken care of within 24 hours. I've been taking all of my vehicles to Sterling for the past 17 years. Great service and communication with their customers. I'll never take my car elsewhere.

It was recommended I take my Subaru and go see Sterling . First impression, STAND UP guy . If I was to say anything that I would change is the 38 $ charge for using my excellent credit card other than that Exceptional experience all & all.
