What can we say! Praise for Gary's auto knowledge, professionalism, and expert ability to determine problem and communicate solution effectively and swiftly is truly an 'Art'! We left our 22 yr old Audi in his hands on a Thurs afternoon and got a call NEXT DAY that our old girl was ready to go home purring like a kitten! We now call Gary an 'Audi Whisperer'. Thank you Gary! You are a truly rare find!!!

My hubs and I’ve been going to Gary for the better part of a decade. He always gives us options (like informing us which repairs were most urgent and which could wait, suggesting used parts where feasible, and giving informal vehicle advice) when we’re low on funds. He’s always kind and has a smile when I show up. Most importantly, he’s good at his job. We’ve always been happy with our repairs and interactions with him. Highly recommend!

I went to Gary thinking I knew what was up with my oil-burn-smelling engine, but he figured out pretty quickly it was a lot less complicated than I had thought...still quite a bit of work, and Gary finished the work a day earlier than he told me, even after we added on some more maintenance work while he had it on the lift. I would recommend GTM Auto Repair to anyone that needs work on their vehicle.

I have been taking my BMW to GTM for 8 years. Gary and Tracy are always friendly and helpful, no matter what. I've even called them from the auto parts store before for help in choosing the correct oil! Gary is a great mechanic who does quality work. He's also honest and their prices are competitive and Gary stands behind his work. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I got a real sense of trust when speaking to Gary at GTM. He was very knowledgeable, a straight shooter. You could tell he takes pride in his work, in a good way. His place of business was clean, and organized.

The insurance company’s process for accessing the vehicle, and distributing fund for repair was difficult, and not at all for the client, or the repair shop’s convenience. The amount of time, and trouble it took was almost enough to make me want to give up, but he encouraged me, and through it all Gary was kind, and professional. He made the experience worth the trouble.

He does great work, and people know it. The evidence to that, was the fact that his shop was booked out almost a month. Even with a full schedule, he was able to squeeze us in, and we were able to use our vehicle for an important event we needed it for. After he, and his crew finished the work, we drove off with a feeling of a job well done. The car felt solid. The experience felt solid. We were very glad we chose the do business with GTM Auto.
We will defiantly be back.

I am so pleased with the service I received that I had to write this review. Their customer service skills are outstanding. They treated me with respect and actually listened to me which is rare since I am a woman. The repairs done were complete and correct. They always showed me the old parts and provided me with a written record of the work done. I would recommend GTM for any and all car repairs needed. Thank you GTM!

THE BEST!! I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Gary and GTM. I've been taking my vehicles here for close to a decade. He is a master technician who fully understands the vehicles, parts, and systems. He's got an engineers mind for automobiles. He is constantly learning and updating. He amazes me at how he not only repairs my vehicles, but at the same time fixes it to better than it was originally. He's also proactive with great advice when he's deep into a part of the vehicle. He saves me by giving me the opportunity to not pay twice for labor intense issues that are foreseeable.
He explains everything so that I clearly understand what's being done, why, and what needs to be done in the future. Never any pressure. AWESOME!

I bought a basket case of a Mercedes from a local dealer, had a cooling fan issue but Gary took care of it and did an inspection, a little speedy for my tastes but treated me and my wife well and was super quick, came in Monday afternoon and back out with a new genuine Mercedes fan Wednesday afternoon. Will be going back if I ever have a problem
