My wife and I went to Juab Title in hopes to purchase a home. Mike Sperry stayed several hours past closing to meet with us due to our busy schedule. He was very professional and kind. He explained every portion of the REPC and made this signing experience smooth and easy to understand. He went above and beyond our expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend Juab Title! I had the occasional to use Juab Title for three closings in three months. If humanly possible, I will never use them again. They are the most inefficient and backward operation. The people are very nice, but the service is very crummy.
The ice cream bars and pens don’t make up for the poor service.
Why make the same mistake 2 more times?
The seller requested them and I work for my clients.
