Dr. Ionescu has been my physician for around 10 years.

He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He listens carefully and offers sound medical advice.

He clearly and patiently explains treatment options, and he is very good at advising on guidelines for taking medicines. He offers excellent alternatives to antibiotics when appropriate.

I love the fact that he gets straight to the point. No inane chit chat.

I would very highly recommend him as a primary care physician for any of my family members and friends.

Dr. Ionescu is very reassuring during a visit. I have a new problem, we discussed causes, treatment and further testing required to diagnose my cardiac condition. His explanations are clear, and calming. He makes me feel I am a partner in these considerations for my treatment. I also never feel rushed with his visits, he takes the time with me as required to make sure I understand his treatment goals.

I've been seeing Dr. Ionescu for a few years now. He is the most thorough professional I have had the experience to share my concerns with. Always goes beyond my expectations and assists in all ways possible. Definitely an asset to the Medical Lake Community and myself. I feel blessed to have him as my medical professional. Dr Ionescu is a great doctor. At first I wasn't sure I would like him, but I've found him to be a very good person, a doctor who is willing to talk to me about my concerns, and will take the time to explain what is going on with my body. He is very caring and that is so important to me.

Dr. Serban Ionescu , Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and doing individualized care ! It doesn't matter if I see him once a month or every 3 months . He is always on top of my care . Dr Ionesco is the best Dr I have ever had. He listens well and explains what I need to know. He seems very sincere. I also appreciate his MA Rian (not sure if spelling). She is always helpful and prepares my information for the Dr well. She always shows empathy.
I have had some poor results from the Multicare call in system but that should not reflect on Dr and his staff.

One of the most pleasant human interactions I've had in a long time was my yearly checkup with Dr Ionescu. It reminded me of the times when doctors with their black bags visited you at your home on a regular basis. No need for appointments, the doc knew better than you when it was time to see you.

Dr Ionescu has been one of my primary care physicians for many years. As an internist doing primary care, he brings excellent knowledge and skills to Rockwood Medical Lake and expands the clinic’s expertise. He is caring, warm and responsive. Excellent physician!

I have been seeing Dr. Ionescu for over 10 years now, he’s the only Doctor I will see. He is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. This last visit we had , I was able to do online and the experience was wonderful. I hope to continue online when appropriate as sitting at my kitchen table, drinking my coffee while talking to Dr. Ionescu was a real treat.

We started seeing Dr. Ionescu when are doctor of many years retired. We were a bit worried about the change but our worries were unfounded and now in the distant past. We are completely satisfied with Dr. Ionescu. He is a good doctor that has treated us well. We are very happy with the services we have received at Rockwood Medical Lake.

Dr. Ionescu was very professional in dealing with me during this health crisis. Thankfully I just had flu-like symptoms, but he found that my cough had already triggered my asthma, causing wheezing so prescribed medication to help ease the cough. He gave further instructions on what to watch for and what to do if things got worse. Great experience

Once again they made my day. The staff is so awesome sweet and they truly do have a human compassion for others. Dr.ionescu thank you for caring and always giving your best attention to your patients .you have a place in Our hearts. My mother has never felt as safe with someone as she does you. Dr. Ionescu is an excellent doctor. He never seems rushed, even though he is very busy. Fortunately, I'm pretty healthy so I don't see him very often, but when I do its always a good experience.
