I just want to say that I was shown kindness I never expected. Not only did the mechanic fill me up with coolant, but also aired up my travel trailer tire. When I asked how much, he said "nothing"!! My tow vehicle had overheated and my day had been all bad prior to this act of human kindness. Please give him your business!

Had a nail in the tire on a planned ski day and this place rescued a great POW day for us! We walked in and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in for a quick tire patch. We were back on our way in less than an hour. Price was also more than reasonable. If you ever had a car problem near Monroe, Dick’s is the place to go!

I was skeptical going to this place. I took a 2013 mini cooper s there and had a few places tell me they couldn't get the special oil or even look at the car due to low clearance. This place was awesome. They took care of oil change for half the price of broadstroke in lake stevens. They were also super friendly!

I have been going to this shop for a little over 2 years now, Brandon would always help me out with any problems with my Mustang and would get it done in no time. If you're looking for a friendly and reliable shop in town go to this one it's amazing.

Wether you need to stop by to make an appointment, get your car quickly checked or inspected or even to get air put in your tires, they'll do it in no time. I would advice to schedule advance, since they get booked up pretty abruptly. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Really appreciate this friendly shop getting a set of tires mounted and balanced for me at short notice, for a fair price. Had to fly out the next day and needed my wife’s car to have a safe set of tires fit.

Absolutely the friendliest nail in my tire experience I have ever had. The team made sure I could fit into a schedule that worked for me. But they were extremely honest and down to earth about everything. I absolutely will be back to purchase new tires in the future. I loved the small family feel, compared to the big guys a block away. It was a true peace of mind. Almost a step back in time. Very nostalgic!

Came in for an alignment and couldn’t have been happier. A large chain shop in the area quoted me over $1,200 in work before they would do an alignment. Dick’s Tire Haus had me in and out in about an hour and my truck handles much better which is all I wanted. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Brought my car in to check out a strange sound and to handle some other issues. Brought in quote from "other tire place that starts with L" to get a second opinion as well. Staff were friendly, communicative and completed the work in a timely manner. Many places will charge you an arm and a leg, just cause they know they can, these guys do what is right and fair! Ethical mechanics! Definitely will be returning for any other tire/brake needs in the future!

We needed to replace a tire ASAP and they took care of us in less than 2 hours walk-in. We decided to go with replacing all of the tires and I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but greatly appreciated the time and respect he gave me as a deaf person and my husband, with English as his 4th language during the process. Absolutely love this place. fixed my flat plus fixed my spare tire bracket by the owner himself. He was willing to work through his lunch break but he was so sweet I arranged to come back for it later. Completely reconditioned my rim and spare and bracket for only $25. Treated me as if I were part of his family. (In a good way) been there for 49 years he said. I'll be back for all my tire needs, that's a promise. Can't wait to be there when they celebrate their 50th year. This place was recommended by "everyone" I've meet in the short time I've been in washington.

We got there there just a few minutes before 3 PM, closing time on Sunday, with a hazard damaged flat tire. They were determined not to leave us stranded 60 miles from home. Dicks Tire had a replacement tire and had us back on the road in about an hour. Thanks for your commitment to service.
