Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service was awesome Kelye & Jonathan Scott were very attentive. Hot food came out hot, cold food came out cold. Hostess ( didn’t get her name) she kept herself super busy cleaning and sanitizing while keeping an eye on her station. Bartender was on it while Scott helped with dirty glasses. Pretty freakin cool team work for a Fourth of July dinner date with my son.

Shrimp wonton stir fry, great. Lot's of flavor, shrimp perfect. Corona's ice cold. Always great friendly service. Updates: since the pandemic yes things have changed a little bit. As usual the staff all still wear their masks. But I don't see the 6'ft distancing. The bar is for the most part always full with no spacing. The dining area is always full. Some customers still wear their masks upon entering the building. Now the restaurant has posted signs on the doors that masks must be worn upon entering. But business has carried on as usual. Update: Applebees seems to be back to its normal business. Masks are not required upon entering. There's no 6ft distancing. The staff is no longer required to wear their masks anymore. Business seems to be booming at the Highland location. Update 2: they're busy as usual. Some of the staff wears masks and others don't. Service is still great. Business is booming as usual. Food and drinks, nothing has slipped between the cracks. It's good as usual. Highly recommend visiting the Highland branch. Update 3: Applebees is back to regular business. A nice place to relax and let your hair down after a crazy day of work.
Update #4: No changes. No signs of "covid". Business is booming as usual. Everybody still shows up to hangout and relax. Come on by and have a cold one with us.

The food was great. Exceptional service by all employees who were not even our designated server. Everyone kept coming by to check to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything.

Our server was amazing! She helped us with all our needs. Very polite and checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect!. Clean place. Room temperature was very cold! And we asked our waitress if they can turn it down a bit. And they did. The food was great! Accept our ribs needed more flavor.

Met up with my Wife & Mother in-law for lunch. Always a Great Atmosphere and Awesome Customer Service. Our Server was Dominic, Awesome Personality & very Detailed to his service he provides to his Guest. Will Continue to Frequent this Establishment. Two Thumbs Up!

Come here once and a while and get the fish and chips, their spinach and artichoke dip, rib eye steak, I've had the salmon it's good and the classic combo appetizer.
Today I'm trying the Chicken Broccoli fettuccine and I'm sure it's gonna be good.
The new interior design and remodel is cool looking and the music is still loud as ever if you're in the bar area but not too crazy.
Overall this place will remain a staple in Highland that serves decent food, looks nice and sometimes can be awkward. For instance today they opened late and no one was there to greet and sit us down.
There have been other things before but you kind of just disregard it because you know you're at an Applebee's.

Regulars here at this location. As always the food is to die for. The boys always have the ribs and I have tried the many many chicken dishes from their amazing menu. Doesn't matter if we eat there or order meals to go. We never have to worry about the quality or the quantity of our meals. They are perfect everytime!

Being veterans, my husband and I enjoy going to Applebee's on Veterans Day. However, this Applebee's went out of their way to make us feel extra appreciated. Our waitress talked to us for at least 5 minutes allowing us to reminisce about our time in the military with her. Than the manager came by, thanked us and took time to talk as well. The meal was great as always but it's the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. Great Job everyone!

The last time I visited was on Valentine's Day. I had a pleasant experience. 😊 Our waitress was great and our food was excellent.

The guy who took care of us was superb and beyond what I was expecting in this restaurant. Don’t recall his name, but I know he was a young guy. He took care of our big group this past Friday. Would definitely recommend him..

I went with my fiancée....we sat in the bar area. The waitress was very helpful and attentative. We went at happy hour and had the dollaritas with a shot of patron which were very cold and tasty and ordered the 2 for $32 meal deal and also a quesadilla salad which we shared. It turned out to be a lot of food and the food was served hot and fresh😋 Good food and good service🥰
