I moved in this past march and I have only great things to say! Everyone is super friendly and the move in process was very easy. The maintenance team is also fantastic and have been super helpful. I really love the amenities that they have to offer as well. Overall an awesome place!

The office staff are extremely helpful and made application process very simple. The girls who work in leasing are all friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance team has also been very quick to effectively complete work orders I have placed. I’m relieved that the move in process has gone so smoothly here, as I couldn’t say the same for previous apartment complexes I’ve lived at.

I really appreciate the attention to detail at this property and plan to stay here for years to come. I would genuinely recommend Millington to any friends/family looking for a new apartment in safe neighborhood.

I've lived at the Millington at Merrill Creek for eight years and have found it to be a great place to live. The units are spacious and comfortable, the management is professional and makes every effort to provide a safe, amenable community. Maintenance responds as quickly as possible to service requests, and the website is easy to use to communicate with management, request repairs or pay your rent. Your packages are safe in Package Concierge until you can pick them up. Overall, The Millington offers a pleasant living experience.

My husband and I recently toured Millington at Merrill Creek and want to thank Breann for giving us such a fun and informative tour! She responded to our request within minutes and we scheduled the tour the next day. We were very impressed with Millington, the entire complex and landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, and we got a chance to chat with some residents. The apartments we toured were nice and clean and newly updated. Everyone was so friendly and clearly happy to live there. To date my experience with Millington at Merrill Creek has been a very good one. The manager that helped me Gizella is kind and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable while you’re in the application process.
The apartment that I viewed was simply beautiful to say the least.
It’s a 1 bedroom and it’s 1,000 square feet. So beautiful the whole property looks amazing.

I’m looking forward to my move in. I’ll definitely keep this updated as time goes by.

Your maintenance team did a great job fixing my washing machine. They left my place as it was when I left that morning and the washing machine works great now. I appreciate everything.

The apartments look very well taken care of and I love the floor plan. Breann gave a great tour and am super happy with how helpful the staff is.

My family and I moved last year to the Millington at Merrill Creek and I have nothing but good things to say about the leasing office and the team. I want to highlight how friendly and helpful the team always is. Gizella is amazing! Always providing prompt answers and resolutions to any concerns we bring up to her attention. The maintenance team is also very pleasant.

Leaving a review as sometimes people forget to post about the good experiences and only anchor on the negatives. This apartment complex was the first apartment we lived in upon moving to Washington State from SC at the beginning of 2020. We ended up staying in the same one bedroom Olympic floor plan with an attached garage in building two on the first floor for two years until we bought a house in the region. The entire time I lived here, I don’t have a single complaint against management or maintenance. Maintenance requests were handled within a 24 hours in my experience, and management was always nice and also valued our privacy in the unit. The apartment has modern appliances and grounds, great value for the cost in my opinion. On safety, I never had any issues in this complex or the surrounding area. I had two dogs and constantly walked them at all times of day and night, never once feeling unsafe or nervous. I highly recommend Millington as a place to live if you need a place in the greater Seattle region!

Plumbing service was required and they took care of it quickly, it works and they left the bathroom clean.

I just moved here with my boyfriend and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful property and the apartments are amazing. The amenities are a huge plus too! Really hope all the reviews about rent being raised so much every year isn’t true.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now and we absolutely adore the apartment complex. The buildings exteriors all have beautiful finish and paint and have a very modern look. The interior followed suit with high ceilings, crown moldings, brand new cabinets, and flawlessly functioning appliances. I know we personally love the hot tub and use it almost every night, there is also a sauna available for use. The private decks and huge outside storage closets are definitely a nice perk as well!

I have never seen any "sketchy" people walking around at night nor have I ever heard of any robberies or car break-ins. Being only a couple miles from Casino road, we were a bit weary at first, but we have never seen or heard anything that has made us question our safety as of yet.

While the actual apartments and surrounding community are great, the management is what really has stood out for us. Both Sydney and Hannah were more than helpful and friendly during our move-in process as well as throughout our year living here. They are always more than happy to help with packages, returns, rent issues, and any other random issues that arise.

The only negative comment I can think of for these apartments is that if you get home after 7:00pm there are very rarely uncovered (you have to pay for covered) spots available to park in. There is a street right outside of the complex that you can park on in this case. I have never seen any safety concerns on this street either.

Overall, if you are looking for a quite, enjoyable apartment complex that is in the Everett area without the safety or crime concerns of Casino Road, this is your place to live!

Beautiful property!! The entire place is very well maintained. It is my first experience living in a apartment and the staff made sure I was 100% satisfied with the apartment home I chose. They have gone above and beyond to make this a wonderful place to live. All the amenities are always clean and ready for my family to use them, whether it be the pool, spa, gym, or dog park we always have something to do in the community. My apartment home is very spacious and well put together. I look forward to the many more months of living here maybe even years. Two thumbs up for the office staff and the maintenance team for providing such a welcoming environment.

millington has been a very pleasant place to live. all the girls in the office are fun, sweet, and helpful when we go in, and the maintenance staff is always prompt and resourceful if something goes wrong in the apartment. the walls are thick enough that we almost never hear anything from our neighbors, and the property is quiet overall. it feels very safe— i never feel nervous walking alone, even at night. the apartments are spacious, clean, and cute— great for hosting! we are very happy and plan to continue leasing.

Great place to live very upscale the surrounding area is very quiet and I mean extremely quiet the apartments are very nice huge bathrooms nice oval tub my shower and tub is Huge! The ceilings are really high and there is beautiful crown molding everywhere even on the ceiling a fireplace as well. The kitchen is very spacious and wide with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops great upscale looking light fixtures really a great place to live after a year and a half anytime something breaks or needs replaced the maintenance team is very good and quick to respond wich is nice there is also a nice little gym with very substantial equipment a recumbent bike, different elliptical machines, a stepper machine treadmills, dumbells, so if you don't feel like driving to the gym + a nice lounge room with a pool table and other amenities + a big pool and hot tub with a grill area as well I will probably live here for awhile 😀
