Jules Veterinary Center

I have had very good service with Jules Veterinary Center. Both Dr Olsen and Dr Turk are great. They may be a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay that price to have such a personal relationship with not only the Doctor’s but also the staff. If your Vet doesn’t sit down with you and takes their time to explain the cause and treatment options for your beloved pet then it’s time to get a new Vet. Highly recommended Jules to everyone!

Not sure why some old reviews have issues with front desk, but my experiences with it (been going there everyday for over 2 weeks ) has been very pleasant. Technicians are all very friendly and most importantly, care about their patients. My doctor (Dr. McStay) has been very caring and knowledgeable about my dog's issues while also open to suggest other treatments even if they dont offer it. I can feel safe to have them take care of my beloved dogs.

We brought our beloved Pom to this clinic and never regretted making this decision. The front receptionists always greeted us with a smile, nurse Bridget is an angel! She is compassionate and empathetic. I wouldn’t forget that moment when she gave her best to explain our baby’s current state and cried while holding my baby Pom. Dr. Olson is an amazing doctor. She really did put her effort and time to explain to us regarding our baby’s condition, treatments, our options, and never failed to give us an update of our pet’s condition. Thank you so much Jules Veterinary staffs! 🙏🙏🙏

This is just for TONYA who went far and beyond to assure me that my cat's urgent prescription went through. My old vet closed and 'supposedly' transferred my cat's info to Jules. obviously It wasn't. Everyone else put me on hold for over 20 minutes. But Tonya helped me not only set up a new account with their vet pharmacy but made sure to get an available vet to approve it once I put in a new order. She then called me to confirmed that the order would be shipped. NOW THAT'S HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE! KUDOS TONYA!!!!!

Very reasonable and companionable staff. They took very good care of my Moody during his nueter and enucleation. They also work with Animal Rescue of Tracy and the Tracy Animal Shelter to help with the cat population in our local area. Reasonably priced. And in some cases, same day appointments.

The Veterinarians here care so much. All the staff is friendly. The doctors actually called me and the pharmacy once they were off and closed to order my dog medication over the weekend since they knew she wasn’t feeling well after her liver biopsy. They go above and beyond, in my opinion. There are other good ones, but doctor Montoya and Conolley are the ones who took care of my baby this time. They took their time that they had to be with their families or just personal time to care about my dog. The prednisone started making her slightly interested in food! By the second dose she was eating out of my hand. Slowly, but surely, she is seeming to feel better. I can’t thank them enough. (I’ve also had pleasant experiences in the past with both of my dobies and the other Veterinarians.)

They are super nice, here at Jules. I live in Stockton and I will be driving the extra miles to come here. Dr. Olsen was awesome with my bunny, everything I expressed to her about him she took care of it and gave me some great advice to keep up with his health. Thank you for taking the time and effort with Thumper. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is our go to for grooming and all of out vet care needs. The staff is warm, caring and very efficient.

Jules is our puppy’s vet! They’re very nice and one of the best grooming places ever! You have to book for a long time but it’s worth it!

I just need to say THANK YOU to the Jules Veterinary staff for all they did for us and our fur baby. She was in distress so I called around for a vet to help us out and THEY stepped up! They told me they could see our little girl as an emergency but could fit her in tomorrow. Mind you this was our first time with them. So after I hung up they called right back immediately and told me they had a cancellation and we could come in today. From the time we arrived (which was late on my part) they still allowed us to see the doctor. EVERYONE from front end staff to the back end was nothing but professional! I am grateful for God putting you guys in our lives and will continue to use you for the other 4 dogs we have. Thank you all for everything you did to comfort us in our last hours of our dogs life. Could not have asked for a better staff to have helped us through this time. God bless! Thank you!

I can only say they Treated My 2 Canines. The Staff at times is ill prepared and the front desk staff sometimes can make you feel as if they are disinterested in your feelings for your Furbabies.

You only see Technicians and Hardly ever a Doctor at each visit. Which is frustrating because the prices being charged should give access to a Doctor each time.

Animals are people too! Their Persons should be respected also and get a Doctor in those appointments.

My dog needed emergency surgery or she was going to die. I frantically called over 10 vets, and 2 emergency vets and they all turned me away and said they couldn’t do it. Jules took my girl right away, made her and I both comfortable. The vet tech Bridget was amazing. The surgeon was amazing. They saved me dogs life and I am forever grateful. They are compassionate, professional, and helped me in my greatest hour of need even when I wasn’t a previous client. My girl is recovering beautifully and I can tell what a great job they did. 5 stars all around.

Jules came very highly recommended and they have never disappointed. I've taken a number of cats there over the past couple of years and have always been very pleased, both with the quality of work and the price.

They were super nice and helpful and did a great job grooming my matted cat, other places automatically assumed my cat was aggressive or something without even meeting him so I am so grateful for them taking care of him he feels so much better now.

I have Been going to Jules since 2010, They have always treated my dogs very well and I have always been happy with the treatment they provided, I would not take my Fur babies anywhere but Jules s I just really like them I think they give my animals excellent care.

I had a great experience with them! We needed vaccinations last minute For a trip with out dog and the staff was very understanding last minute and did an excellent job to help us. We are grateful for their patience and friendliness! 10/10 excellent service on such short notice!

They were very patient and compassionate when our dog had to be euthanized due to an aggressive cancer. We were there for over an hour and during the whole process they were kind to our feelings and gave us as much time as we needed to be with him and talk to him during the procedure.
They have also helped with our cats when they were sick. They give you lots of options for costs up front. The cats made a full recovery thanks to their recommendations and advice.

Took my dog there for boarding. They were very helpful and accommodating. I was worried how my dog would interact with other dogs. They reassured me all would be okay. The facility itself is nice and clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The price for boarding is comparable to other boarding services. Overall I am very happy with Jules Veterinary Center and will definitely bring my dog back for their boarding services!

Great Veterinary services. Friendly and very accommodating. Had last minute kitty emergency, my vet couldn't see her until Nov. Called Jules and they saw her within 15 minutes of my call and just before they closed for the evening. Lonflg story short my kitty had surgery and I'd doing great. Thanks to all of you!

The vet side offers lots of options for your pets. All the receptionist were great and well informed. I personally deal with the boarding side and they were great with my dog. He has special needs and they were able to handle him while we were away for a weekend. I wish we could daily updates through an app or email, but that would be above the call of need. I highly recommend this location.
