European AutoHaus

These guys really know European cars. We have two Audi Allroad's and a very special 1979, 350 SE, European spec Mercedes. They recently performed a much needed 270,000 mile deep maintenance on my 2003 Audi Allroad. They are not afraid of large job, and they are very knowledgeable. They educate, recommend, and have integrity.

I am so happy to have finally found a mechanic that knows how to work on Audi’s. I will only ever go to this shop. They are super knowledgeable about the European car. First off they were super professional and kept me informed of everything along the way they ordered the parts and the very next day had my vehicle completely gone through and fixed and even ran such a thorough diagnostic that it let me know things about the car there made me feel confident that they were not going to be needing fixed anytime in the future so I put my money towards the things that didn’t need fixed. If you own a Audi or BMW or Porsche, anything European, I highly advise you to go. And see these people before you get somebody else working on your vehicle that just doesn’t know how to work on those kind of vehicles as I did, and ended up having to have the shop to fix what I had just paid a mechanic to do. Which had left me stranded out of town in a bind and out the money.

This place is the best. The price was good, the communication was great, and the customer service was top notch. These guys were honest and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Once you have an honest mechanic, life is worth living again! Also, the shop and waiting room are nice and clean with good coffee.

Definitely the best Euro shop in town. I've tried the others with poor success. EAH is a clean, meticulous, detail oriented shop that does great work at a more than fair price. The only place our family will take our Audi, Porsche, and BMW's.
Also, I love the new company logo!

They are great to work with, with warranty issues, great customer service, communication, very clear quotes, upfront, and honest, and they do great mechanical work! European Auto Haus was very thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue with my 2005 diesel beetle. Proper recommendations were given, based on what my desires were for the fix. The needed repairs were made. They are very courteous and upfront with what the cost of repairs will be. I give them 5 out 5 stars!

These folks at European AutoHaus are stellar. If you own a car from the old world, and it is a broken, the guys here are definitely familiar enough with it to diagnose and repair it. They even found a thing or two done incorrectly by another shop that could have been catastrophic, cleaning up a mess. The price was right in line with what we expected, too. They will definitely be getting our preventative maintenance in addition to repair work.

We have been taking our cars to do regular service here for many years now. lately my Mercedes has problems they put their heart in to it to fix this car. I appreciate their love and care to their customers like their own family. I would recommend everyone who has European car comes to this place their would not disappoint you 😊

Great communication on what was happening with my vehicle. There were many things to fox and Justin did a great job to ensure I was aware of what they were doing and how I wanted to attack each problem. Will continue to use European AutoHaus for years to come as I bring my 1975 Porsche 914 back to life.

The Staff was friendly & informative. We have been bringing our cars to Euorpean Autohaus for over 15 years. We have always been very happy with the service there.

I went to European AutoHaus for a full engine replacement after my engine decided to seize. My experience with them was really pleasant with some minor communication issues. They did a great job on the full engine replacement with photos to document the progress along the way.
The main issue I had is that the service advisors I talked to all gave me estimated completion dates that kept getting delayed further. As it turns out, they found my radiator to be leaking and had to order a replacement. I am glad they were thorough but they did not ask me for confirmation to order the new part nor did they tell me why the job was taking so long.
Overall, I highly recommend this shop for any European vehicle repair and maintenance. The quality of work was amazing and the documentation made me feel like I got all my money's worth. They charge a cheaper hourly rate than any other German shop I've talked to and while doing higher quality work.

Excellent diagnostics, clear communications and competent repair services. Much more cost-effective than the dealership! Nice, honest folks.

Great staff, went above and beyond with fixing my daughters Jetta. They were able to fix what the VW dealership could not. Reasonable prices and they were communicative with me through the process.
